I just opened the box in which these came. The box has a few bags. In each big bag there are a few small bags. All that in order to preserve the moisture and keep the fruit soft and easily devoured. I have weak teeth and thought I'll have to keep the figs in water, in order to be able to eat them. Not! These are great as they come out of their little packages. And so sweet - but not TOO sweet - and nurishing. I'm delighted with this buy.

I've bought and ate many packages of these because I absolutely love them. Well, this most recent batch is within expiration date but they're sour to the point that they're not pleasant to eat. This is obviously an item that cannot be returned so there's no solution to this issue. I will not be buying again because I'm worried the same thing will happen and I'll be out another $20EDIT: The company reached out to me and discussed options to remedy the issue.
