WARN 100969 Accessory Kit - Epic Synthetic Rope for ATV and UTV Winch: 3/16" x 50'

After replacing the original steel cable with this rope I am quite pleased. It reels in and out so much smoother and I don’t have to deal with frayed steel cable anymore. Should’ve swapped it out a long time ago. I won’t even look at buying a winch now unless it comes with rope instead of the steel cable. It was easy to change and made a huge difference.

We had the wire cable before, so switched to this great quality cable. We use it to lift our snowmobile blade on our ATV. Works like a charm. Easy to install.

Works very well. Synthetic rope is the way to go.

Used as replacement rope on Warn VRX 3500. It is easy to work with, lite in weight, and very strong. Hawse fairlead keeps any sharp edges away. Recommended.

It’s synthetic, fits what I do. Really not for snowplow use on an atv, as when it gets wet and freezes it breaks much more easily. Everything else, love it.

The little metal puck to secure the rope is complete BS. I watched the WARN install video multiple times, I built/fly a 4 seat airplane, I'm an Engineer and had the help of a Northrup Grumman Engineer/race car builder and we couldn't get it to work. We ended up just tying a knot in it. I spent extra for the actual WARN accessory to not have to deal with this type of BS.

Easy to install and maintain.

Cut 5 ft off was a bit to much rope for the drum on my warn 3000 pd will never go back to steel cable.

I installed this on my Honda Rubicon after breaking the original cable twice by using it to winch the plow. Not sure how the synthetic will hold up in comparison but it is much nicer to work with and easier on the hands. It also has not twisted on the winch reel like the steel cable did.
