I have two toddlers and cleaning off my car in the morning was time they spent unattended and getting into trouble. Now I can put them in the car, pull this thing off and go.The first time it froze to the windshield, I thought I was going to be pulling it off in pieces. Nope. This is deceptively tough material. The magnets are invaluable when the wind kicks up. The tie down straps (attach to the tire rims) didn’t make much sense to me at first, now I use them every time I install it, helps keep the wind from blowing whatever up under it. Make sure you OPEN your door before you install/uninstall the second part for your side mirrors, it doesn’t stretch that far when it’s attached to one already.Dries quickly, a quick shake and all the snow/ice just falls right off. The pouch is nice but I haven’t had a chance to put this back in it yet, so I don’t know how effective it is. I was leery at first but am tempted to get a second as a back up when this one finally gives way with all the abuse it’s taking. Not anticipating that anytime soon though.

Pretty quick install for never having used something like this before. The small magnets at the edges were a nice plus to keep the edges from lifting in the wind. Everything about this cover was great except for when I went to remove it; the side mirror cover ripped. I didn't even use extra force. I am not sure if the cold weather affected the threads and made them more stiff. However,upon closer inspection, the stitching was poorly done because once the stitches ripped, the elastic band also loosened and came apart from the cover. It's like they only stitched everything together with one small row of stitching. I really liked this cover after I installed it but am disappointed in the quality of this.

First, what do you expect for $10? But what you get for $10 is a pretty good value. I have used this twice through two snows and here are my comments.The thing is clearly big enough to cover your windshield and mirrors. I have an Audi A-6 and it is more than enough to cover the shield and both mirrors. But a few things to know. The magnets are very small and there are two issues with them. First, the body of my Audi, like a number of cars, has an aluminum body so the magnets are worthless. Second they are so small I doubt they do much.But it was easy to use a long bungee cord to secure the unit and with the straps that come with it everything survived in a 15 MPH wind. I also tucked some of the fabric into the space between the windshield wipers and hood and that worked fine.It is easy to install and does do a great job of protecting everything. Shaking the snow off after use is easy and it does fit into the pouch that comes with it after use. I did make one mistake that after I put it back into the pouch I tossed the thing in the truck. When it came to use it the second time I had to take it inside to thaw as it was frozen together. I plan on drying it out in the basement after use before I repack it in the future.One other note which I would suggest is if you you have automatic wipers you turn them COMPLETELY OFF. I had just gotten the thing off when a little snow set off the sensor and the wipers started doing their thing. That would probably tear or at least mess things up if they activated while the protective cover was on and you were warming up the car or something.Like I said, for $10 what do you want. But I would clearly buy it again as I think it is a good value for the money and little modification is all you need to make it work very well.

Great price, great quality! I don't want to scrape my windshield before work in the mornings! This snow cover just perfect for my Honda accord 2016. Light weight, Easy to attach , easy to store when not in use. Very Useful item!!!!! Can't wait to try it in the snow!

Making this windshield cover magnetic was such a good idea, it really helps the installation process go smoothly. I put this on my VW e-Golf myself and it covered plenty. The look of this is sleek and I don't feel embarrassed leaving my car facing the road with it on. We have been having crazy weather recently so I am using this all the time, incase heavy wind picks up and tosses something at my car or the golf-ball sized hail returns.

I bought this to keep the frost of my Mazda 3. It arrived in a small 8x8 size bag with absolutely no instructions. I unzipped the little bag & pulled out a giant black rain poncho w/ arms. Since there were no instructions on which side is up or down so I took it out to try on my car. Hence there is no well in heck its going back in that bag to return it so it better fit. Not sure what the manufacture is thinking by putting a 85x61 cover into a 8x8 bag, useless & dumb. Luckily its a great fit for my car. The question is what do I do with it when its covered in frost at 5:00am. Am I really going to stuff it back in the bag? Probably not. LOL Think I'll hang it in the garage while I go to work. Overall rating 3 stars, easy to install (even without directions) easy to use. Warmth??? Another dumb question. For under $10 it will probably last 1 season.

I bought 3 of these for 3 different vehicles. They fit the Impala, but do not fit well on the Tahoe or at all on the Suburban. Too small. Magnets are very small, also there are not enough magnets and they do not hold in a normal wind. Had to supplement the magnets with additional ones. On the Impala, it does serve the purpose of protecting the windshield and windshield wipers from snow, with the addition of other fasteners to keep it on the vehicle.

I was somewhat surprised as it appeared lighter weight than I expected, but it seems durable and is easy to install. It arrived promptly. I got tired of frost and snow on the windscreen. I flip up the windshield wipers, put the side mirror covers over the mirrors, open the door and fold the top edge tight, then adjust the lower edge, flip the wipers down on wait until morning.
