I was pleased with his walker. It was easy to assemble and everything worked fine right out of the box including the brakes, and continues to function well. It’s easy to maneuver and seems to fit well through all doorways. So far, it folds up well and is easy to get into a car. The only complaint I have is the under seat carrying bag. It has a plastic tray which is supposed to be for personal items, but mostly it is a complete waste of space and seems entirely useless. The only thing it does is lessen the carrying space of the basket, so that you don’t really have any room to put anything in there. You can’t even get a grocery bag in there, let alone medical equipment of any size. Even more frustrating is that there is no way to remove the tray or to swap out the whole basket for another one because it’s all integrated into the frame of the walker, so you are stuck with a basically useless basket unless all you carry is a pen and a paperback. Most women’s purses probably wouldn’t fit in there end it wouldn’t be helpful for things like shopping. I was hoping that I’d be able to use it to help me pick up packages from my mail room and bring them up to my apartment, but they are not going to fit in the basket, so that is a bit of a disappointment.

The picture on Amazon shows that the seat cushion as being red...it is black. Easy to collapse but it is relatively heavy.

My mom tells me she gets lots of compliments on it. It’s much smaller than her previous walker, easier to fold and lighter. Had some issues while assembling but CS was very helpful.

I bought this walker for a senior family member. It arrived with the cable strung tight to prevent both wheels from turning, regardless of the position of the hand break. I've adjusted walker brakes before and thought I could get these working with a few wrenches by loosening the cable. What I found is that squeezing the brake handles only moves the brake handle about 1/16 of an inch which isn't enough room to allow both free and locked positions on the walker. And there's no way to get in there and make that adjustment to the handle-end of the brake cable.The walker ships in 1 piece and somebody should have given it a trial flick of the wheels to make sure they would at least turn and respond to the hand breaks before they put it into the box. This is poor quality control.I called Medline and was given a case number and told I would be called back within 1-3 days. Since there's no way to fix this issue I opted to return the walker and will find a retail location in a nearby large town where I can physically test the walker, brakes, and stability before buying. This was the 2nd walker I purchased this time around. The 1st was too rickety after assembly. After 2 disappointments I recommend people buy walkers in person whenever possible unless you have time to assemble, test, and return them until you find one that's been made right.I'll add that this would be a terrific product if the brakes worked. I was able to hold onto both handles and lift my body (230 lbs) off the ground without feeling any shake at all. That's the reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1.

This product turned out to be as advertised. It is sturdy, it is so much better for my husband (6’5”), just fits him better than the usual walker. All I had to do was screw the backrest on. The swivel front wheels are great and so are the locking brakes. Very pleased and I would recommend.
