A good guitar for a great price!
I've been playing guitar for over 30 years now, but for some reason always want to try out budget guitars here and there, see how they are compared to when I started playing guitar! I knew Amazon had a lot of things coming out under their brand, but when I saw a guitar, I had to see this to believe it! It arrived quickly and packed really well. The package itself is really good for a beginner or someone who wants an acoustic to take on vacations, here and there to play when you want something to play. The gig bag is pretty good, not a really light one, but not a very heavy one, either. Just the right thickness to protect it. The tuner is nice, looks like it turns on when you clip it to the headstock of the guitar, then turns off when you take it off. The strap isn't bad, and also includes an extra set of strings (which look to be 80/20 bronze strings) and picks. After tuning it up, the neck feels good, sound is nice, warm and has good presence. It held tune pretty well, and will put it through a longer period of playing it soon.Overall, it's worth the money and is good for the starter or someone looking for good sound in a knockaround guitar. I like it!

Beginner Learning how to Play Guitar - Seems Perfectly Fine
As the headline suggests, I'm a complete beginner and a know-nothing. If you're looking for a beginner's guitar and are caught in analysis paralysis, just get this one and start learning to play. Get a better one later after you've learned stuff.Doesn't take long to tune and stays in tune fairly well (aka the next day I don't need to do much). Sounds fine as far as I can tell, and I'm getting the feedback I need to fix my terrible form. Will update this if anything changes. Have had for about a week. Practicing about 15 minutes per day with remote instruction once a week. I assume that after I've grown in capability that I'll want to upgrade, will note what I upgrade to, as well.Oh, also, there's only one strap button thing on this guitar, so you'll have to do the loop setup on the other end. Something I haven't bothered to learn to do yet, which is a bit annoying as a beginner, because I planned on practicing while standing but am instead sitting.

Great guitar for beginners
I've had this guitar for about 9 months. And I must say this was one of the best purchases I've ever made. I had absolutely 0 knowledge of playing the guitar and bought this one on a whim. Out of the box it played good. After a few days I had some pretty serious fret buzz on the first fret. But adjusting the truss rod took care of that and I haven't had the issue since. This guitar stays in tune very well. I'm talking sometimes I go several weeks without playing, and when I pick it up it's pretty much still perfectly in tune besides for a few slight tweaks. Sounds amazing. One bad thing is there is some residue on the very top of the fretboard which appears to be from some glue that was used during assembly. That's the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars. Great product

In all honesty, I really love this guitar
This is the first time I have ever written a review for a product ever, but...I got this guitar not too long ago and I gotta say that I am so darn happy with it. For the price, it's lovely in look and design and it's comfortable to hold. I'm a beginner (been playing for about a month and a half now) and so far I haven't had any issues with it. The sound is quite nice and for the first two weeks since it arrived I simply couldn't put it down. The quality honestly made me want to practice for HOURS, and I cannot stress enough how good of a guitar this is if you are just starting out like I am.

Great starter guitar
I wanted a guitar that would give me an opportunity to see if this was something I would really pursue. It as a nice sound, and keeps in tune. So far I am really enjoying. I'm sure if I continue down this path I will upgrade, but for not its fine. I would recommend to anyone that simply wants to give guitar playing a try.

Needs a little work but it's not horrible.
The fret ends are pretty decent, but there are some issues with the fret heights. It definitely needs a fret level which isn't unheard of even with much more expensive guitars. The tuners are not great and they have trouble staying in tune. There was a minor finishing blemish near the pick guard that looked like the clear coat was missing and on the fretboard near the sound hole the binding was also blemished. All of those were for the most part minor issues and not deal breakers.Overall it's a decent guitar for the money. With a little work it can be a great guitar!

I'm no guitar expert, but I'm very happy with my purchase~
I've been playing on this guitar for about 6 weeks now (and guitars in general for about 8), and I've been very happy with this purchase. The quality seems high for the price, and I like the look of the guitar too. Simple but clean and with just enough embellishment. Now that I've been playing for a bit I wish I had a guitar with a cutaway, but oh well.

Arrived playable out of the box... except for two dead frets
I knew what I was ordering. It's a beginner, bare bones acoustic guitar to strum and mess around on. I bought a similar Fender Squire from Costco way back when. If you're a beginner and/or you want something you can strum while you're watching TV or having a few drinks (and don't want to worry about scuffs or dings) then this is the guitar for you! It sounds exactly how you think it will sound. However, I had to return it since two of the frets arrived DOA. I couldn't even make a D major open chord without one string going dead and another buzzing.

Good for the price, but sound quality not great
I started playing guitar about 4 months ago and was borrowing a friends guitar and thought it time to get my own.I had the guitar tuned at the local music store, but found the sound was really not great and had a hard time being confident that I was playing the chords correctly because the sound was always off.Is it good for beginners? Yes, if you're not used to a higher quality guitar. The strings are forgiving and easy to use which is also important for starters.I just did not enjoy playing it.
