Never had much luck with stuff like this but would making eggs easyer, so how well do they dehydrate

I always use in soups, stews, sauces that that have hot liquid. However I am sure if you pour 1/2cup boiling water over 1/4 dried bell papers and wait about 20 minutes, you will like the result.

This jar is equivalent to how many pounds of fresh peppers?

Our jars are 1 quart. According to our rehydration chart 1 cup yields 2 1/2 cups by volume, 2 oz yields 14oz by weight.
