Better than I expected
I ordered this rod because I’m on a budget. When fishing with my pin last, I used my cousins $600 13’ GLX Loomis. I cannot justify spending that kind of money when I am not able to fish for steelhead or trout all that often. So I found this rod and obviously knew it would not be as nice as what I had last used. After reading some reviews I decided it was still the right choice. After receiving it I was very impressed. Everything fits tight and feels great (other reviews said it didn’t stay together and needed tape. Maybe it’s a quality control thing but mine does not need any tape, casts with out any issues). I was expecting it to be heavier because it’s cheaper but that was not the case. once I counter balance with my pin it is very comfortable and feels good. Only thing left to prove is durability. Hopefully it holds up, because I like this rod a lot. I will update my review if I have any problems this season.

I don’t recommend this rod for a serious fishermen.
First it’s not bad for the money but the issue that I had is the second and third piece of the rod is not holding together for a multiple casting. I ended up putting electrical tape to its connections to hold it together.

No any good
I guess for what I paid for it it’s ok. Doesn’t hold the real on properly.

Disappointed
Assembled improperly. One slide ring for the reel seat was placed up side down. :/

Good for trout, not salmon
Rod falls out frequently, but fun for smaller fish. I snapped mine right above the handle on a big silver salmon in Alaska. Got a limit with just handle though
