Deluxe Daily Prayer- When You Lose Someone You Love (Deluxe Daily Prayer Books)

I have bought more than 10 of the books. Everyone tells me it is the best book in time of grief. I am not a religious person, i.e. not a church member. I lost my husband seven years ago and I still refer to this book at times. I give them as gifts to anyone I know that have suffered the loss of a loved one.

This book is a great for gifting to someone who just lost a loved one. So many comforting words you wish you could say are in this book.

At my age people I know are losing loved ones frequently. I bought two of these so that I can send grieving friends this book instead of a card for sympathy and encouragement. Good price and they are so pretty.

This book is so beautiful and well done. The chapters are short so it's perfect at a time when you have concentration issues. My dad gave it to me after my husband passed a few months ago. This book helped so much. It explains all the different emotions you go through. Such a blessing. It was comforting to know what I was feeling was normal and God was with me the entire time. We recently lost family members and purchased more of these books to pass on to their family members. It is helping them also. I might even stock up to have them on hand.

Gentle Christian view of grief but doesn’t sugar coat the issues

Losing my husband 3 months ago was the hardest thing I’ve ever been through. This book is wonderful & I needed to be assured that it is ok to grieve in my own way & on my own time. This book is a great comfort, I’ve read it twice now & bought one for my best friend who had recently lost her husband.

Received this when we worked with hospice, and now share a copy with friends who have lost a loved one.

Beautiful book inside and out that was given to me when I lost my son unexpectedly. I was able to turn to this book for some peace. I purchased 4 of them myself to have on hand as gifts for others who may need them.

I like the book, but unfortunately, it came damaged. The little silver bird had fallen off the book and was not even in the box. So there were two little holes in the square on the front of the book. I would have returned the book, but this was a gift I was giving the next day, so I had to go out and found a little bee to hot glue on. Very disappointing.
