So far so great. I've use this pan to sear meat, reverse sear, reheat pizza, make tuna melts, toast bread - you name it I've used it for that. Easy to clean and durable. Cast iron is great as it distributes heats evenly. Comes with a nifty lift handle to grab the pan while hot and a wooden coaster that absorbs the heat well to safely place on a table without damaging the table.

I bought this in May and have used it multiple times a week for lots of different meals. Everything from flatbread pizza to fish to roasting vegetables in my Ninja air fryer. I love it! I bought it specifically for the size and that it was cast iron. I'm now beginning to wonder if it is really cast iron because it started pealing this week. I have had several cast iron skillets for years and have never had one to peal like this. It has a coating on it I suppose. I'll try to get that off and season it properly. Frustrating though.Update** I want to modify my original review to 5 stars. After 5 months of using this skillet several times a week I still love it and have been able to season it properly so that pealing stopped and it has a wonderful surface. I'd take another pic but it's in the oven right now.

I purchased this in conjunction with the Jim Beam cast iron round grate for use in my Nuwave Elite oven. This grate sets on the grill, yet elevates the food so it doesn't cook anything in drippings, like steak, chicken and fish. When heated to a high temp, it sears the food and leaves some carmalized grill marks. Anyone familiar with the Nuwave Elite knows that these act much like an air fryer. Adding this allows me to get the grilling affect in my Nuwave. Plus, I can use on the stove if I so choose. So, yes, I'm happy.

Like perfect crust fat pizza? Get this! Sometimes I also like to warm it up on a hot plate before throwing on dough for thinner/browner crust before cooking. This isn’t for 700 degree super hot and thin 5-10 min. pizzas however. This is for a good 20-30 min @375 degrees, fully stacked pizza with tons of cheese and toppings, that slides right off. Haven’t ordered a pizza out since getting this...literally.

I have been looking for this exact size cast iron for a long time. While it has been on amazon, it has been out of stock.I have already used it. It is perfect for a small pizza baking. even tho the directions say to put directly on the rack, i prefer putting on a warm cast iron pan. it crisps the crust perfectly.this arrived quickly. Just as advertised.

I love steak and I needed a pan to make steak on. I bought 8 pans. there were big and when I washed them their color had been changed. This one was small in size. good for three steaks. and washable. the color is stable. I have it for a few months and it is as good as the first day.

I know this sounds weird but I love being able to put my food on the plate put in the oven and cook it and then eat it definitely save time

Great pan to use in my Ooni pizza oven. Seared steaks and cooked salmon on it.
