I used this for a gout flare up, it helped me get around. I like the fit, only one thing about the straps, if put too far down towards the heel they feel like they are digging in to skin. If you keep the strap up a little higher they are fine. Very comfortable, you can wear it with your sneakers very easily.

I have old injuries in both ankles and surgery is 10 weeks non weight bearing, which isn't an option for me right now. These ankle supports are so comfortable. They are adjustable, so I can control the amount of support and compression. They fit under my shoes, although I think I will get longer shoestrings for my gym sneakers. They reduce the swelling in my ankles by at least 50%. When I first put them on, I can notice the extra material under my foot, but once they are on a few minutes, I don't notice...I wear them all day, as I am a hair stylist and stand most of the day. I highly recommend if you are having ankle pain, swelling or instability. I also wear them to the gym and they are very helpful!They have reduced the pain in my ankles and I would highly recommend.

These braces work very well when worn, offering great support and comfort, and are easy to wear over or under (loose) socks.There are two significant issues:1) The straps are very poorly stitched to the brace itself. They started falling off after just a week.2) The velcro is -extremely- strong. More than necessary. It's honestly not easy to take off once attached, which is nice while in use, but someone with low hand/grip strength is going to have sincere difficulty using this product.Overall, it works as intended, and I don't regret the purchase, but since they are soon going to need to be replace anyways, I'll try a different brand/model next time.

According to their size guide, I would wear a medium. I got a large and ended up cutting them so that I could get them over my feet.After I took scissors to the top/ ankle opening (I trimmed it at a mild diagonal with the high part being at the back of the foot) the brace seems to work fine. I like that they sew on a binding to the toe and ankle openings, and it otherwise seems well made. But I can't give a positive rating to something that I bought and then had to alter myself for it to perform its intended function. They NEED to fix their sizing, very, very badly. I just can't recommend them until they do.

The product now fits well and gives good support and comfort. My only problem was the size, No guide on web site. Im a size 10 1/2 and first bought a Large .... Way too small. Returned it and got Extra Large fits great.

I like that you get two for the money and it also has that extra strap that goes over the brace which adds stability, I have had 6 sprains and one fracture of my left ankle and now that I had to replace my hip due to a fracture I have to be sure not to fall. so far I like it better than the first brace.

I just received the ankle brace, and am dismayed to find that the size small is much too large for me. I wear a US women's size 6 to 6.5 shoe. I am not an exceptionally small or thin person, but the "sock" portion of the brace is so loose that it will provide no support at all, and it actually gapes around my foot and ankle. The only support will come from the straps. I looked carefully at the size chart, which said that the "small" should fit a women's size 3.5 and up. Even allowing for UK sizing (not specified in the chart), this should accommodate me, but the item is far too large. How very disappointing!
