Extra Long Hot Water Bottle - Large Surface - for Optimal Warmth and Pain Relief

What I like about this long hot water bottle is the fact that you can drape it over your shoulders where the heat gets a chance to reach your upper spine, neck and shoulder muscles.I learnt the hard way that there is a different technique to filling this long hot water bottle to the way regular hot water bottles are filled. There ought to be a message included in the packaging about safety of filling. You cannot lay it down flat as you would with a regular hot bottle to counter the air as you fill. With this bottle you need to stand it upright as you pour the water in. When laid flat to pour in, you have a massive expulsion of air which pushes all the hot water back out causing scalding and injury. I am glad to say that the scalding is healing nicely, and inspite of it I am grateful I bought this bottle because it is making a difference to the arthritic pain in my neck and shoulders. I have given a three star only because of the injury I sustained. It is a 5-star product nevertheless.

Nice long high capacity hot water bottle.Apparently very huggable on a cold night, my usefulness is diminishing :-(

I'm still not sure I like it. The product is good value for money. However, it takes more than one kettle to fill and I'm not convinced it's better than a traditional hot water bottle.

Don't know who thought this up but it is great.

Just what I expected

Old hot water bottle I would have on my feet, then move it up to cuddle, then down to feet and so on......... This is warmth all the way, I love it

Really nice have had since Xmas keeps warm for longer than usual bottles

Can be used around the whole back or tummy area
