FirsTime & Co.Radiant LED Outdoor Clock, 18", Galvanized Silver

I wanted a clock with a larger face for outside use, and loved this clock on the first day. It looked very nice lit up at night. However, it broke within a few days - found the clock arms both hanging down toward the “6”, and could not adjust using the control. It was hanging on a wall the entire time with no wind, rain or other factors that would affect its operation. The temperature gauge was also wildly inaccurate. I should’ve asked for a refund but I’d already thrown the box away and so I just threw it in the trash. So disappointed.

UPDATED: The second clock we received as a replacement has died in less than 6 months. $65 for this, and now I’m past the return date. Someone asked in the QA area how to reach the manufacturer. Frankly I don’t want another one, or deal with the hassle of dealing with them. Very frustrating!*****We had to exchange this item because the LED light started to strobe. The clock face is easy to read from a distance but barometer and temperature are not. We have the clock hanging about 10’ high. Hopefully the replacement doesn’t have the same issue. Nice looking clock.

I bought one (bronze) for outside and was so impressed with the quality that I left it in my living room on the wall. Ordered a second one (silver) for outside. The clock is well made, lights work great, curious to see how it holds up in the outdoors. Well worth the money!

I can’t get this thing to light up. Brand new batteries too.Update. I’ve changed the batteries twice. Mind you it takes 4 DD batteries. I’m asking for my money back

Do NOT buy this clock...yes it is the perfect clock I really liked it and that is why I convinced myself to buy it a 2nd time...BUT it did the same thing only quicker.There is something about the minute/hour hands and they get stuck behind the other hands on the clock and it no longer works.I really liked this clock buy if it is not going to work longer than either of them have there is no reason to spend your money on something that won't even work after a couple of months. With it being outside I wasn't paying attention and now it is past the time for returning it.Save your money and try to find something else...Good Luck.

The clock is pretty, and solidly built. And, while it worked, it kept good time. But, in short order, the hands fell off.

This clock is definitely beautiful. Not sure how long the batteries will last. It stays lit all night. It puts out a good amount of illumination. I can easily read the time from a distance. It is elegant and beautiful day or night. Very happy with this purchase.

Complicated!!!I put 3 sets of new batteries in. and it did not work. also one of the hands was loose.Terrible- i returned asap.
