I got the parcel today. The bottom of the bottle is not steady, a little wobbling and one of bottle splashs a few in the plastic bag. But after I talk to the customer service I know the caps of these bottles are designed to allow the release of excess oxygen as a safety requirement. Sometimes a little liquid also escapes, causing dampness inside the bag. The swollen base is also due to excess oxygen and is normal. It is recommended to keep in the cardboard tube until it returns to normal.

I bought this product because I had burnt my strawberries in a pan and I had tried anything and everything except this strength and it worked still a lot of elbow grease but it worked because if it hadn’t I would’ve had to buy a new preserving pan! So a huge thank you! 😃

I add this product to my water for houseplants as pest control. All works good, the bottles are well packaged in case of leaks which is just as well as the second batch I ordered both bottles had leaked.
