the weight of the drill with the battery charged is the same with the dead battery ?

It would not weigh any differently, although it's mass would be lower due to the number of electrons available, which would be around .00000000000000012 g. So if you had 814,000,000,000 it would would have 1 gram of mass less. Which if you were buying trillions of them, you could save several grams as far as shipping weight goes, although it would take 600 million cargo ships to carry that amount, so, unsure if the 1 gram gain would be very noticeable, especially since it would take around 30 billion (each semitrailer carrying 13,567 cartons, which might be a stretch) semitrailer containers (the 24' ones.) The ONLY problem is, that if they even produced, say 1000 drill sets/minute (which also seems a bit high) it would take 1,548,000,000 years to make that many sets. But, if you think that the amount of saved weight is worth it, buy 814,000,000,000,000 drills, use them, box them back up without adding any mass of any sort (including skin cells, which weigh somewhere in the neighborhood of 170,000x greater than the mass of an electron) and ship them, you would have shipped the items back with 1g less mass overall. We also didn't take into account elevation, which just by changing the amount of air in 814,000,000,000,000 boxes would be a "weight" difference in the millions of tonnes.

Can this drive screws or is it only a drill ?

With this drill having a little over 100 in/lbs of torque, when competitors are offering over 1000 in/lbs, I wouldn't trust this to drive anything but the smallest screws.
