Purchase this as a duo set , came with no instructions so had to google how to release heads on both you are supposed to turn to the right and pull head off released on the microwave but not on the fridge one seems impossible. Note when I googled this it seems everyone has the same problem with the fridge one I have tried to no avail to release the on the fridge one

These were nice and ideal for the microwave, fridge and oven. The red one has markings for vinegar and water but the blue one has no markings which is not good. Not used them.yet.

I love these. One is currently deodorising my fridge. They look lovely and are a decent size - not too big that they're difficult to store, but much bigger than the photos made me think.

Terrible! No instruction provided with item, we could not use as we were unable to open the different parts of the item to put water in to use in the microwave! Cheap plastic made the item feel like it was going to break when we were trying to open it to be able to add water! Rubbish in my opinion!

I'm a little confused by all the bad reviews. Ok, there are no instructions but you fill with vinegar to the clearly marked 'vinegar' line and water to the clearly marked 'water' line. I set the heat to 610 (medium, not high) and let it go for 5 mins. Then all I had to do was wipe clean and my microwave was looking good and smelling fresh. Not sure if other people understood you do still have to wipe with a cloth?! It works great. Does exactly what it is meant to do. TIP: if any stubborn stains remain, eg. under the turning plate, just carefully (liquid very hot!) pour a little out and use to wipe off.
