This product is a great idea to keep workouts from becoming monotonous
This product is a great idea to keep workouts from becoming monotonous. I ordered this box set instead of the lower priced smaller set because I wanted to make sure I had enough different options for when I take this on vacation or need to work out at home while the kids are home for school breaks. I just received these yesterday and have only ran through one session so far. Here are my thoughts:PROS:* Nice compact size and box seems sturdy enough to pack in a suitcase for vacation* Many different exercises to vary the workout* Can definitely use these alone and it's not boring* The kids looked interested and I think they will want to use these as well* The booklet with exercise descriptions was plenty of info for a regular bootcamper or gym rat* Lots of free info available on their website [...] and of course YouTube* No equipment needed--hooray for bodyweight exercises!CONS:* The dice are regular dice size so the writing has to be small, so this is a con for people who need to wear glasses to see small writing--working out, sweating, then have to put glasses on to read the dice and take off again can get annoying. But it's not a con for those with younger eyes ;-)* The dice box and booklet are separate and not attached in any way so perhaps the book can get lost easier if not careful. Perhaps a future version could include a pocket or something for the book to keep them together?* I saw people complain about the price and maybe it's a little steeps, but I figure it's cheaper than many things gym or workout related and anything that gets me to workout on vacation or at all is a Pro in my book!* Your kids will want to use them so you'll need to buy a 2nd set in case they lose parts of yours--hahaI like this product and think it's a good buy. I would like to try their card decks as well since they are portable too.

Overpriced. I returned them.
The idea is fantastic, but for the price of these dice I guess I was thinking they would seem more substantial. They were tiny and came in a little package. I bought them as a gift for a friend, but changed my mind after seeing them. For what I spent on these, I didn't want my friend thinking I picked them up at the dollar store. I wish they were larger like the kids' large-sized story dice, those are a really nice size and weight. The box looked kind of cheap, too. Again, would have been fine and functional and may have still given as a gift if I hadn't spent so much money on them.

Adds a fun twist to working out. Try the app, too!
This is a great idea to add a fun and challenge to your workout! I get bored easily, especially with a repetitive workout. These help mix things up. When they arrived, I went through every move, watching the video for each for proper form. I've used them a few times since and I enjoy them. But wait! Then I found the app! I'm really enjoying that so much! These moves can be tough, especially for someone not in great shape. I'm an intermediate at best. Some moves are a struggle, but because many are new-ish to me, I'm enjoying the challenge of stepping up my game. I really feel like I'm getting a good workout but I'm having a great time, too!If you like working out (or even if you don't, because this is fun!) and like a challenge and a need a way to shake things up (literally. Get it? Dice? You shake them? Sorry, I'm easily amused.) you should definitely try these, and the app too!

great fast costumer service
Pros: u don't have to think what exercise to do, very portable so u can take them any where u want, comes with booklet with pictures and instructions and direct links to YouTube videos of each exercise, great fast costumer service.CONS: the beginners set is wayyyy to easy... like sometimes u have to do like 4 squats 😒 ... overall I feel the repetition dices are too low on reps, u have to memorize all the exercise names before u can actually workout, it's expensive 🤑..... MY TAKE: watch the YouTube videos until u r familiar with the exercises names, buy a higher number dice, I bought a 60 side dice 🎲 which I use for legs exercises and use the dices included fir arms.... I rolled once the 3 sets together and that's my routine of the day

These dice are great for anyone
As a member of the Armed Forces I thought I'd be able to do all 3 sets of dice. Boy was I wrong! The expert row is beyond challenging. These dice are great for anyone, from those just starting to workout to those that workout every day of the week. The dice allow you to workout with no equipment and vary your experience each time. I've combined the beginner and intermediate dice and use the high numbered die during my workouts and they really make you sweat. While I have to agree with others that going online is time consuming to learn some of these workouts, I think I'd prefer this rather than paying more for an instruction book included with the dice.

... strength exercises to my day but I get really bored doing the same thing over and over again
I bought this because I really wanted to work in strength exercises to my day but I get really bored doing the same thing over and over again. I don't really play it as a game (I'd like to though) but for just making sure I have a different workout every day without having to research has been great. I thought the price was reasonable. There is also a free app you can get that does very similar with cards on the phone, I may add that in too sometime but for right now I'm having a lot of fun with these.

Innovative. Dice and Technology.
This is exactly what I was looking for. The dice holder even has a strip of velvet to make pulling the dice out easy. My fingers would've been clawing at the box trying to squeeze them out if it wasn't there. There's a strip in there for each row, just like how batteries have. The booklet is great because it shows you every workout. There's even a scanner that doesn't need ANY software. Just aim your camera at it (at least for my iPhone 6s Plus) and it automatically detects and opens up a link to the youtube channel. From there, demonstrations show for everything you need. I am really impressed with the lvl of detail and tech sav that went into this product. I would definitely recommend it to anybody. It is going to play a Key Role in my fitness routine.

Small and quite cheap looking
The concept was good however the size of the product is very small and equally as disappointing. Boxed, this unit is about the size of a playing card and about 1.5 cm wide but looked like they would be a lot bigger in the picture.I was going to give as a sole gift, but they looked very cheap (think PoundLand) and had to purchase additional items to make up for this. Certainly not worth the £20 paid.Wouldn't recommend.

Great concept and fun way to shake things up
we bought this as a way to get us back into working out again after a little hiatus. I’ve knocked a star off because the print on one of the dice is a bit duff and will possibly rub off a bit more. That said we’re enjoying using the product.

Brilliant way to engage the family
We love it. I got this to help keep me and my daughters moving whilst stuck at home and we turned it into a fun game. The 3 difficulty levels means that I can still get a good workout in whilst my children have fun and use the easier exercises.

Too much faffing around
Too expensive for what it is.Good idea but poorly executed. Rather than having cards which need to be scanned in order to preview the exercise, it would have been nice to have say, an A3 poster actually showing the poses.

New exercise ideas in a very practical format
It gives change to the exercises. I want to start exercising, but I only know limited amount of exercises, so things got pretty boring, pretty fast. These dice give you ideas of things to do, and the videos show you how to do them. I like them a lot! Another plus - they are small, so you can take them with you, wherever you go.
