I never write these reviews but I thought this was worth noting. At first, I loved these flats. However, after a couple months of wearing them, it appears that one shoe is real leather while the other is not. As you can see in the photo, the right shoe is cracked and wearing and peeling off but the left shoe appears to be in good condition. Obviously the shoe on the right is not leather. Super disappointed in this purchase, especially considering the price. Feel that I have been falsely advertised to and ripped off, and now there is no way to return them.

Box came label as size 10W the label coming off undetneath there’s a handwritten label 10M Golden. The size inside the shoe has been altered to W. This is dishonest a total lack of integrity.

For some reason, it is hard to find a ballet flat that is stylish and offers arch and heel support. These ballet flats by Natuallizer exceeded my expectations. They are basic yet attractive and fit well. I wear a size 8 in Born and Earth shoes. An 8 1/2 in Merrell's and most other brands. That is why I'm writing my review. After reading so many other reviews, which said they are sized big and to order a half a size down, I wanted to add my experience to help other customers. I nearly listened and ordered the 8, but my gut told me to go with my (mostly) usual size. I'm so glad I did. I ordered an 8 1/2 medium and found them not to be wide, but true to size. New out-of-the-box, they are snug on my feet without being too tight. And being 100% leather, I'm sure they will loosen somewhat with wear. The 8 would have been too short and crammed my toes. It is a soft leather, however, the pedding at the heels keep the flats securely on the heels so. they don't slip off. The arch support is moderate, not heavy duty, but there is some arch support. It is also doable to remove and replace the insole with orthotics. These ballet flats are replacing returned $130 flats with a built-in orthotic footbed that were so stiff they hurt every place else on the foot! The expensive returns didn't mold to my foot while these most definitely do.

Fantastic price for these. I’m a flight attendant and comfortable inflight shoes are a must. These fit true to size and are comfortable right out of the box. No breaking in period. It’s like walking on clouds while I’m working in the clouds.

This is the 2nd pair I bought. The first was to big so I ordered half size smaller. As you can see in picture 1shoe was all stretched out and the other was normal. It looked like someone wore the one shoe!😡 I wish it would have been checked before it was sent. I will not order a third pair! I will go to store and get a pair.

This brand of shoe never lets me down I had a pair in black that I purchased locally. They didn’t have beige in my size, so I went looking on Amazon. These are very comfortable shoes. I wear these to Church or with jeans whenever my orthopedic doctor tells me to quit wearing high heels. As we get older our foot pads get thinner and these shoes give us the extra cushion in the soles. I love these because they make my feet feel good and they go with most of my clothes.

I really wanted to like these, and need a pair just like them for work. However, as soon as I put them on I knew they wouldn't work. The toe box is wide enough, even accommodating my bunion; however the middle part of both shoes kind of puff out to the sides (don't fit snug against that my instep. The heel slipped a bit, but I could have fixed that with heel grips if the middle part of the shoe didn't look so weird and even make a slight sound when I walked around the house (like air being pushed out). I like Naturalizer shoes and own several pair. Sadly, these will have to be returned.

I had purchased a pair of black ones in Nordstrom Rack in the past for a more expensive price and happy to find this store for a more decent price. I work customer service, have flat feet and painful bunions. Unfortunately I am always on my feet over 8-9 hours, my feet are usually in pain after a long day if I don’t wear quality shoes. Those are perfect and I never had any pain so I decided to get a second pair with different color. Even after long hours, my feet feel great and no more back pain. I will be purchasing different colors from this store next paycheck. Much recommended if you have a problem feet and gotta work on your feet but you don’t want to sacrifice your fashion!

These are just the most comfortable flattie ever! I've been searching for these ever since I bought a pair about 8 years ago in a discount shop, and proceeded to wear them to death. I'm a fairly standard size 5.5-6 UK with a narrow foot and I purchased these black leather Flexy Ballet Flats in a size 5.5 (UK); they fit like a glove. You really do feel like you're walking on air due to the cushioned and shaped insole, and they're also very flattering, with lovely soft leather uppers and a sturdy, but not intrusive composite (sort of like medium hard rubber) sole, so you never have to get them re-heeled - a major plus. My previous pair took me through rain and snow without any damage to the shoe itself, so I presume my new pair will do the same. Oh, and they don't make your feet smell !There is absolutely nothing to dislike about these shoes - so go and buy a pair.

Love these shoes! So comfortable you barely know you’re wearing them. Look lovely on & admired by lots of friends & even strangers too!Will definitely buy more.

I have wide feet that nothing seems to fit. Either a pat of my foot hurts terrible if the shoe is the "right" size, or I have to go a size large to avoid rubbing and pain, but have the darn things falling off all over the place. These things are PEFECT!!!! Plus, good support and cushioning to boot. Now my "every day" shoe.

Son cómodos, y tienen moderadoSoporte en el arco, eso hace que el pie no se desparrame por completo. No tienen costuras que lastimen o bordes, son suaves. Buscaba algo con un poquito de altura para un mejor andar, y estos zapatos aunque no están completamente en el piso, siento que les falta un poquito de tacón, quizá un centímetro más altos. Son de un diseño bonito, no se ven toscos y la suela da un buen agarre a diferencia de otros flats que son muy resbalosos. La talla fue la adecuada. Pedí 8 americano que es 25 cm y me quedaron bien para usarlos con o sin protectores de pie. Dude si pedir 8W porque mi pie es un tanto ancho pero al final pedí el regular y me quedó bien

I’m a flight attendant and I’ve worked with these shoes before and no problem, love them, really comfortable and this is why I purchased new ones. My size was not available on Naturilizers website and this is why I’ve purchased them trough Amazon. I’ve worked less than 10flights with them and they are already ripped. Bad quality shoes for this price
