I work security at a hospital that tends to have a lot of pysch patients. I hated having information go over the radio that everyone could hear. I bought these and thought my problems had been solved, information was staying private, Iwas receiving information while my hands were full and information came across more clearly . I purchased these for my team and I on 20 Feb 2019, when we first started using them they were very sensitive and loud. I barley had to turn my radios volume on to hear clearly. Now only 2 months later I have the same radio and crank it as loud as it will go and still can not hear what my team is transmitting. Im having to go back to no headset.

My wife and I work security for our church on Sunday mornings. This is the most inconspicuous system so we can work covertly. Some churches use uniformed guards, which although it may be a deterrent, most situations work out that the bad guy shoots the guy in uniform first!
