Warm white light.
I use these lights to augment the light from my windows. Although My plant room windows face south, we have many overcast days where I live (fifty miles south of Lake Erie) due to lake effect weather. From November through March, we are heavily overcast about twenty-five days out of every month and some months even more. The rest of the year is not so bad, but we still have from five to ten overcast days a month. (This is approximate. I don't know the exact numbers.) Even on clear summer days, the sun rises at such an angle that it doesn't reach into the room until well after noon, and doesn't penetrate more than a foot into the room until late afternoon. Since I grow cacti and succulents, this is not enough, so I augment it with Led light. My windows are about eight feet wide and five feet high. My plants sit on two tables about two feet wide. I have four of these fixtures spaced evenly above the tables. They have been there for about six weeks, and the plants are doing well so far. They are hanging from a support made from PVC pipe and are being run from a timer set to twelve hours a day in summer and to come on at sunrise and go off at sunset in winter. This gives them long night during their dormant period. So far, my plants are showing healthy, stocky growth and good color. One thing I really like about these lights is that they are enough of a match to sunlight that it is easy for me to judge the color and health of my plants, unlike those pink grow lights that distort the colors of anything under or near them.I am planning a rack for growing cactus and succulent seedlings and will certainly consider buying more of these lights to illuminate it.update: 12-1-2021. I ran the lights for several months, then decided I preferred a stronger light for my cacti, so I replaced them and packed them away. I also made the plant rack I mentioned and got stronger lights for it. But then, last spring I decided to start a bunch of cactus seeds, so I got them out again and made a little nursery on an empty lower shelf on my plant rack with the lights suspended within a foot of the seed pans and a heat mat below the pans. The seeds germinated well and are growing as fast as cactus seedling can, which is not very fast. I can report that if you hang them at the height they recommend, these lights are excellent for germinating seeds. I have also started Venus flytrap, drosera, and crossandra seeds under them with equally good results. Because of the short spaces in the shelves, I replaced the wire hangers that came with them with short pieces of chain, which was easy to do. All in all, I am very pleased with the results of using these lights for growing seedling plants. The price is very reasonable, too.

Excellent for indoor use
These lights are lightweight easy to hang and are producing nice vegetable plants. They say they are not waterproof but mine have been accidentally sprayed and still work perfectly. I dropped one 6 feet to a tile floor and it hit a ceramic pot hard enough to break the pot. The light is fine. They don't have a timer which is also a plus if you have all your lighting on a timer because the lights with built in timers don't work well on an external timer. So, for me they are perfect. A lot of light for a great price.

Light bright and easy to set up
This arrived quickly and was well packed.Lightweight, simple clean design. This was easy to assemble using the included hanging wore and will be w.east to hang even from a small hook. It is lightweight Soni don't think I'll even need to use an anchor. Cord is a reasonable length, though I wouldn't mind a few extra feet, but that's mostly because I have very poorly located outlets. This light is BRIGHT and have an even distribution. The only thing I would do to improve this is to add a timer to it. I have an old school manual Christmas light timer that will work just fine for this purpose.

sun lamp for the indoor plants
this very small unit...I hung by wire from the celing to make sunlight for my indoor plants this winter. The cord is very short, and does not have a timer function [which would be great]. Its a simple design, small enough. Does not put out heat, which is good. My 20 year old huge plant is doing well with just 2 or 3 hours a day under the light. Does not affect my electicity bill. A great purchase.

Great Grow Lights
This is perfect for anyone on a budget. I built a makeshift stand and bought three of them, hung them on chains, then added a timer; then, along with a fan, you have an awesome set up to grow most anything. Right now I have Sweet Pea coming along nice, and my Snapdragons were sown with almost a 100% germination rate using these lights. I’ll re-pot them in time, and they should be ready to harden off and transplant to my garden come autumn. Just follow the height specifications throughout the growing season and you’re good to go!

It’s not great but I like it.
The light works as a grow light. If you want to get started in indoor growing or start your season early this light is a good place to start without dumping a ton of money into equipment. Don’t expect great things from this light, the price is pretty indicative of what you get. Not the best output and not the greatest quality materials in its construction.Still I like it. It looks good and is light weight.

This Light does not work AT ALL!
DO NOT PURCHASE.I am writing this and will update when the replacement gets here. Im in the process of getting some expensive plants and this was going to be the light I use in the cabinet. Plenty of reviews stating how great it is.I have yet to see this. I opened the box and the unit looks ok and minimal. Maybe to minimal. There are no buttons to turn the unit on or off and only has a plug.Ok, no Biggie, I have a smart plug I was going to use anyway. Not even close. No matter how the plug is inserted or plugged into the wall (Even with other chords I know are working) No Light! No Power! This is basically a big chunk of light plastic and I'm very disappointed. If the new unit comes in I hope it works or I will be refunding it and not updating this review. It should be negative 3 stars.
