The foam roller is great. It is sturdy and the foam isn’t too hard. The ball is good but wouldn’t work well for everyone as some people prefer fewer spikes on their ball. With larger spikes also. The massage stick is great. I have tried many in the past and this one feels very very solid. I think this works great for after runs but would consider using a plastic with a little more friction just to avoid it slipping if one is sweaty.Overall this product is perfect for my helping me recover from muscle pain and definitely targets all the muscle groups i activate during my workout.

I mainly got this for the back roller to crack my back, its very sturdy and does what i expected. im not small 6ft6 and over 100kg and it does not budge under my weight, its thick the the triangle ridges are hard enough to help which being soft enough to not hurt. I got the set for this alone and its definitely worth it.The small ball is meh, under weight it flattens but the spikes are too ridged and too long for my liking, would like them a tiny bit softer or a tiny bit shorter, its a bit like stepping on lego rather than a deep massage.the hand roller is made from solid plasic which i did not expect, there is zero give its just hard plasic. That said its not as bad as it sounds, and while i think its designed for a second part to use on you rather than use it on yourself (which i have yet been able to test) trying it on my myself it definitely massages and feels like it can iron out the tension.back roller is great, ball roller is not to my liking, and the hand roller is good but i think would be even better if someone massaged you with it, still happy with my purchase.

I really like this product. I play a lot of sports and find using a foam roller quite useful to minimise aching the next day. This foam roller does the job perfectly. Also the massage ball is useful to target areas that cannot be easily targeted by the foam roller.. The massage stick is also quite useful as it can be used almost like a rolling pin on aching limbs and even the neck. A bonus is that it comes with a leaflet that shows you in pictures how to use the devices. Overall I think the product looks to be built from good quality (comes with a lifelong warranty) and I do feel it helps relax my muscles and ease discomfort and possibly even aid recovery after sports. Il be using regularly and thoroughly recommend it.

I have been using this foam roller set for a year now and I have to say it is of excellent quality. No signs of wear & tear whatsoever. Extremely good value considering the prices that each of these types of items are usually sold for separately. I am a very active athlete and aerialist dancer that trains up to 25 hours a week. The foam roller is fantastic for easing knots in my shoulders, calves, hamstrings and glutes. The spiky ball is great for rolling hands and feet or particularly tight knots any where, it really gets in there. I don't find much use for the stick though I use it a little on my biceps.

I’ve tried a few of these foam rollers and this is the best I have come across yet. You get three pieces for less than the price of what some rollers come for. All the products are well made I particularly like that the roller has one continuous pattern across it unlike some that have multiple patterns for different levels of massage, I find it hard to roll on these and apply even pressure to the wholeRoll. Having the same pattern all the way round eliviates this problem giving a nice even roll across the whole massage, particularly on long areas like th IT band. To top it off it comes with a nice bag to transport all the bits it in. Excellent product. Great price.

It’s made well with good indentations and won’t fall apart in a hurry however it is too hard. I would have preferred something softer, had to put a fleece blanket between me and the roller so it didn’t hurt my back

So far my experience with the massage ball and stick has been very good. They are both easy to use and help to relieve a lot of tension in tight muscles. The foam roller seems to be good quality and also helps to relieve tension effectively, however, I find it to be hard to use on particularly tight muscles as it is very firm. My only criticism so far is that the layer of foam the could do to be slightly thicker.

Ich benutze ihn schon mehrere Wochen und das mit Erfolg.Zu Qualität, die Produkte sind sehr hochwertig und mit Einem guten Material verarbeitet, man hat nie das Gefühl das das Material minderwertig wird oder das eigene Gewicht nicht aushält.Aber Vorsicht, vor der ersten Anwendung sollte man sich einen Experten holen, da die Gefahr bestehen kann das bei falscher Anwendung sich z.B. einen Nerv einklemmen kann.

Recomiendo este producto al 100%, cumple su función de relajar los músculos a la perfección, además alivia dolores como puedan ser dolores de espalda.Los productos ofrecen una calidad bastante buena, son cómodos y fáciles de usar, traen una guía como también unas indicaciones para acceder a unos vídeos tutoriales, el rodillo va genial si tienes contracturas o dolores en zonas grandes, para zonas más pequeñas tienes la barra y para puntos concretos la pelota que como ya dije, funcionan de manera idónea cumpliendo su función a la perfección.El empaquetado es muy bueno, viene una caja que ocupa el espacio justo, nada demasiado voluminoso, dentro se encuentran la pelota y la barra dentro dentro del rodillo que, a su vez, está dentro de una bolsa, permitiendo así poder guardar todo en un único sitio ocupando el mínimo espacio posible y todo en el mismo lugar.Como experiencia más personal, soy una persona propensa a los dolores de espalda, y este producto me está ayudando a que estos dolores pasen, lo dicho, una recomendación del 100%.

Ottimo prodotto, alcuni esercizi sono faticosi e un pochino "dolorosi", ma funzionali. Sarebbe stato ideale avere anche la pallina liscia.
