Appearance was as expected. Very sturdy and supporting my 270# husband just fine. It was difficult to drill the receiving channels into the chair legs. But that was only the fault of the legs themselves, as they were made of VERY dense/hard MDF. But once we went the graduated drill bit approach and got the holes deep enough for the pegs, they slid in just fine. We love the mobility and 2" elevation these give our chairs as the game table they sit at is abnormally tall. Very pleased, although the fulfillment on this order was confusing and I thought parts of the order had been lost in shipment. The 8 casters came in 4 different shipments: first just 1, then 3 came, some time later 2 more arrived, and the last 2 finally made it! As Amazon is usually so fast on delivery, I figured it was supply issues and hoped the remaining items were not "lost in the Christmas shuffle". But finally the 8th caster arrived and I'm most pleased the internal tracking at your end to complete entire order was indeed thorough. Thank you so much.

These castors appear to be exactly what I needed, they are well made and glide easily, but not too easily. It took me a long time to find these, the chair I have has 3/8" stem casters (also fit ikea chairs) and everything else I looked for would have raised my chair by an inch which would not have worked for me. The stems are a hair smaller than the stems of original castors I replaced but don't really wobble or fall out so it should be fine. The packaging is awful, plastic covering welded to a cardboard back and every single one of the five had broken plastic. It would be MUCH better if they were loose or just tied to a cardboard backing.

This was exactly what I needed! I will say it's a little short, but that isn't the wheel's fault, the person who broke the chair that I got for free from FB marketplace, somehow took out the addtional part that allows the wheel to properly clip into place.

Needed to put two ottomans on wheel for easy movement. These were the lowest profile wheels I could find and they work wonderfully. The finish complements my furniture, and they caster and roll easily. Couldn't be any better. No mounting screws are included, which is fine since applications may differ. With my screws, installation was less than 10 minutes for both ottomans.

THEY STILL "LOOK" GOOD....BUT, CHEAPLY MADE!! BALL BEARINGS DROPPING LIKE RAIN AFTER ONE YEAR!!!! STEPPING ON THESE BALL BEARINGS IN YOUR STOCKING FEET IS A CONSTANT REMINDER OF YOUR BAD CHOICE, BUT AT THIS POINT, YOU ARE OBLIGATED BECAUSE YOU HAVE PUT THEM ON 4 CHAIRS. SO AT THIS POINT YOU ARE FORCED TO BUY MORE DEFECTIVE CASTERS AS REPLACEMENTS ARE NECESSARY. AND, AS WE ALL KNOW, ONCE YOU LOSE YOUR BALLS, YOU ARE NOT LONG FOR THIS WORLD!!!

I've used my aeron wannabee desk chair for a number of years, but then one of the flimsy plastic wheels came off, followed by its mate in rapid succession. Replacement chairs are not inexpensive, but a set of 5 new rubber wheels did the trick. The chair is better than new and my floor is happier about the rubber rather than plastic wheels.Highly recommended.

These wheels were perfect for a desk remodel. So much easy than trying to clean and paint the old wheels.
