Had one for about 30 years and because I used it on cheap tyraps it finally started slipping. Everyone always asks where I got it. I like that it doesn't leave sharp edges, have cut my hands enough on cut off tyraps. I am happy to have a fully functional replacement. If cost is an issue, let me assure you, used properly will last a long time. Definately satisfied!

Best tool for tight spaces
Started my career using these. Best tool for tight spaces. Small, ergonomic and easy to control. Still have mine from 20+ years ago. Just purchased several for my team of service techs and engineers.

Very disappointed. Doesn"t work.
Bought it a over a month ago. Tried to use it the first time today and they don't work. Expensive piece of plastic that never was checked after it was made. Very disappointed.

Product is not the exact one that is pictured. I wanted the silver one and received The orange one. If I wanted the orange one, I would of bought the orange one.

Broke the first day
I've used these for years, but this one quit working (broke?) the first day. I sent it back. Needs to be beefed up a bit- or this one got past the factory inspectors?
