I personally think this is a great product! I’ve bought this a few times and although it does crack a little easy it still protects your phone from being cracked. I see people on here complaining about it cracking however, they did buy a case that was $15.So yeah, it does its job and protects your Phone and the seller is a very generous person. Will definitely be buying again.

Easy to use and looks great, but the touch through the screen attachment is mediocre making you have to really be deliberate and forceful sometimes. Also NO, I repeat, NO drop durability. I’ve had mine less than two weeks and it dropped less than a food and a half from a low chair to the ground and shattered in 4 spots with extremely sharp edges. I’m really sad because I love the look and ease of the case and the privacy is good, but no durability whatsoever. Have to buy a new case now because of the sharp glass edges. My last case which was just a bumper lasted 3 years but was dirty- will have to go back to that.

I love everything about this except for one thing. The color is great. The magnetism works perfectly. The privacy screen works.Only thing that could be improved is the quality of the screen glass. It’ll still hold it cracked and at least it was the case and not my screen that cracked. But does seem quite sensitive.

The media could not be loaded.  I have not had this for a month and already it has a crack, plus I’m having a issue with the screen. It will not hit the screen that I want. I have tried to clean it and still it will not hit the letters or app I am trying to hit

As soon as received our cases, we realized they were slippery to the touch. In a matter of 4 days, we both dropped them and it destroyed the cases but did protect our phones. Lisa from the sales team, quickly activated the warranty and got us new cases in the mail. The customer service was amazing. The only other thing mention is it was hard to text or type things with the case on. You would have to tap it multiple times.

The best case what I love the most it’s it fit perfect on my phone and privacy it’s the most important thing I love it just which they had more colors

It blocks the signal on my phone & I can’t send message . Ones I install case , it goes from 5g to 1 bar

Okay, to start - would I recommend this case? No. Was it all terrible? No! But, in terms of being able to use it out of the package, you won't be able to in 99% of the cases. Nearly every review will tell you the same thing; the case doesn't work in one of a few ways: it either comes shattered, cracker, or with the touch screen not working. Many will tell you that the magnets barely work, and the phone falls apart. I experienced most of this. The magnets are surprisingly strong! I held the phone via a NEW pop socket, which you aren't supposed to use within 24 hours. I dangled it and shook it over a mattress, and it didn't come apart. Now, before I did any of this; as in before I even really begin to USE the case, I noticed a small crack in the upper left corner. No big deal, right? Wrong. I literally had to press with all of my might to use the entire left side of the screen due to this. Either that, or there was just too far of a gap between the screen and the phone - I don't know. But, yeah, I couldn't use the left side of the screen. Typing was hell, and going back in my messages - which you use an arrow in the upper left corner for - was impossible. I also noticed that the screen wasn't even aligned correctly, as if it was a slightly tilted screen protector. I ended up resorting to popping the entire screen out of the case and just using the rest of it.So, the screen? It sucks. It makes the phone unusable. The rest of the case, however? Amazing! The magnets are perfect. I expected the phone to fall apart when dangling due to how easy it is to take the case apart, however, the case really is durable. It looks and feels great in your hand, honestly. If it wasn't for me having to spend an hour trying to fix the screen, and half an hour popping it out due to how bad it was, this would definitely have at least 4 stars. If I were you? This is a cheap-ish case. It's not all too expensive. If you purchase this, and the screen doesn't work - take the screen portion off of the case, and place a fingernail or card under the screen itself. Peel off the screen, but be prepared for a good bit of glass. It will crack, and it will break. Wear gloves and make sure to get ALL of the glass off of the case. All around the edges, too. Wipe it off with a damp rag, and you're good to go. It will look amazing, and a privacy screen protector is only another $8-$9. If you're on a budget, however, don't buy the case.TL;DR - screen didn't work and was cracked, so I popped off the screen and used the rest of the case, which was amazing. Now buying a privacy screen protector to add. Would recommend a pop socket - it's slippery, but feels amazing in your hand nonetheless. Would rate higher if not for the screen being terrible.

The sensitivity of the screen is very poor. Missing letters when typing and having to go back or not reacting when you select apps having to press 2 or 3 times. The screen on mine was cracked with in a week and it received no more stress than being in my handbag with over items. Give it a miss! I will be returning as not fit for use.
