They fail
I have a foot that tends to get cold very easily due to nerve injuries to my left foot. When I go hiking in the cold or just even damp cool weather my neuropathy becomes pretty uncomfortable. These socks, on the medium setting, did the trick in terms of relieving the intense discomfort. The battery lasts for hours too. For those without my problem, or as in my normal foot, when I ski, I use a boot warmer on both feet and in my experience it doesn't take a lot of heat to keep feet warm as long as you wear the right socks and have good boots and boot liners. The right socks are not made of cotton as cotton does not wick sweat away from the skin. Wool or a synthetic / wool combo sock is best. I still gave this product 5 stars as it works very well for me even though I believe it is mostly cotton. I've used the socks about 10 times with no issues. Then 2 of them stopped working. So 2 stars now.

Works great!
Okay! Firstly, these socks are pretty awesome without the heat. They are thick thick thick. They go a bit above my ankles. Once charged the wiring took about 5 minutes to heat up. The hottest setting is nice on a cold day to just lounge in, but it’s pretty uncomfortable to walk in, unless I turn it down. There is no heat wiring on the heels or the toes, so they can get a little chilly, but I understand why they did that - it would be too unconformable walking on those. They are bulky, and probably won’t fit in my boots, but they are perfect for around the house. I put my slippers on over them and they are nice and cozy. No regrets!

Toasty Toes
The batteries charged up fast. These are a nice thick quality sock. The wires are not uncomfortable on the bottom of your feet as they run along the sides. The batteries are also not heavy as to weigh the sock down. Pleased with this purchase.

very good item and worth the price
I had a problem with the socks. the fit was not comfortable. I sent an e-mail to the seller and had the problem resolved immediately. a new set was sent to me and are very nice and warm. I spend a lot of time out of doors and they work very well. I only need to use the medium setting and they stay on for about 7 hours. anyone outside for any period in the cold should get these socks. worth the time and a good company to deal with

Very nice
Love these socks. Telnet are pretty warm, not hot, but warm. The battery is super easy to charge and figure out. There’s a little pocket kn the side they go in. The socks themself are thick and warm. The only negative thing I’d say about them is they are sort of tight around the calves, and I’m a skinny person with some muscle. But not too tight to be super uncomfortable. I’d definitely recommend.

Excellent warmth and comfy socks
I have only tried these ones so far but I am pretty impressed! The batteries were partially charged when I received them and the first time that I had extremely Cold toes I put them on and turned them on. The material is very soft and much more comfortable than I expected. The warming area is in the middle of the foot so I was concerned that my toes would not warm up but they absolutely did! I was inside wearing them so I can’t say what it’s like to be outside but so far so good! I have a real problem with getting those white toes when my feet are cold and it takes so much to warm them up typically. These did the trick in minutes!The only thing that I’m not super crazy about is how big the battery is but I’m not sure there’s anything that can be done about that at this point in life until somebody develops a smaller thinner battery.

They don't work, cannot feel any warmth
Don't be fooled by all the positive reviews. At full power, wasn't able to even detect any warmth coming through, and this was indoors, without wearing any other socks in between.

Good but doesn't warm toes
My son does winter track so we will be outside for 5+ hrs in <30F weather at times. I have heated gloves and a jacket. These lasted longer than I expected but they don't warm close enough to the toes to keep the toes warm. I am concerned about durability of the wires inside but will have to see on that.
