Men's Long Sleeve UPF 50+ Baselayer Skins Performance Fit Compression Rash Guard-CLYYB

So I’ve been on the look out for some decent rash guards at decent prices for women, but when you search that on Amazon or anywhere else for the matter, you get rash guards at double the price (or for the same price as men’s, but they are very basic and have no designs.) So instead I decided to buy a men’s size and in my opinion, it’s much more comfortable. I’m 140 and 5ft2. One of the issues I have with women’s fit is they ride up on the hips easily and they hug the armpit area too much for my liking. Though I could fit in a small men’s size - I decided to go with a medium to avoid riding up and so I’d have extra room in the chest, stomach, and underarm area. It’s slick comfortable material, feels a bit heavy at first, but once you get drilling or rolling, You don’t really notice. It works well in GI and No GI. I’ll be buying more.

The shirt is awesome. Everything is good quality. The only problem I how it's sized. I weigh 185 and I usually order a large. I ordered an XL just so it could fit slightly loose but nope it was still too tight. XXL would have been perfect. So in this if your a US Large order a XXL.

Love this shirt!Read other reviews which suggested buying 1 to 2 sizes larger. I bought mine 2 sizes bigger and couldn't be happier if I was twins.Really liked the long sleves. It fit so well. I am 6.0 ft + tall in height and have a 46" chest.* It's a great rash guard.* Helps protect against marine life. I was in the Caribbean snorkeling and found myself in the midst of a number of small jelly fish. I was so glad I had this shirt on, even though I did get lightly stung on the back of my leg just below my swim trucks, the snorkeling that day could have been so much worse without this shirt on.* Great for providing skin coverage from the sun without having to use potentially harmful sunscreens which could contain reef damaging chemicals.* Nice when water is slightly chilly.* Very comfortable to wear in 82 degree water. Never felt warm or overheated.* Dries super fast.* Super easy to rinse out or hand wash and wear the next day.* Its an attractive shirt.Salt life!

This product is great for no gi grappling. I use it for my boxing class too and LOVE IT! so much better than a cotton shirt and the designs are cool. Buy one size up, I'm pretty sure it's from China but to be honest it doesnt get much better than this for $20. I bought 4 different rash guards from different distributors and this is by far my favorite one.

I am 6 ft 175 and athletic. This Large shirt fit perfect. I purchased another shirt, an Oneill Large and had to return it for Extra Large. The Oneil is much like a thin wetsuit, well made and tight, very tight! I remember my wetsuit days as a surfer and yes, with this Oneil my wife had to help me get the shirt off me just trying it on in the bedroom! :) The Lafroi is made of different material , still snug, but not like a sausage casing (as with the Oneil!) Fits great and the Lafroi Red really impressed the wife. She loved the design and I could easily take it off myself and when it was on the snugness was just right. This sucker will not be riding up your arms or torso in the waves. Great product.

I bought for my bf... He looks cool while being protected ... size up! He usually wears a L we ordered an XL which fit ok but tight (would probably work for a young man)... mine preferred the XXL fit!

You guys! These rash guards are phenomenal. I bought them to wear under my gi when I train and so far they have served me very well. I bought one with some really dope art on it and I liked it so much that I bought a bundle of three next. It should be noted that the art was the first thing that caught my attention before making the decision to buy, it made the lafroi rash guards stand out amongst the many listed on amazon. Then the comfort and feel of the product is what made me keep it.Note that I am actually returning a very high end fancy smancy rash guard that I bought because it doesn't fit well at all, but these lafroi rash guards are a real pleasure to train in. I'm super excited about sharing this because not only are they affordable at half the price, but thus far after a few uses they still feel great.Once I start doing nogi again, I am going to give their bottoms a try too. I have some spats that I really like already, but if lafroi's come with drawstrings, I'll definitely give them a try.This rashguard is not made of a thick material like some of the other ones out there, but for my purposes this is great. It doesn't run up, it fits nice and snug even around my big belly and it is really comfortable.At first I was a little skeptical about trying them because I knew nothing about them, so I started with just one and then I saw no point in trying any other brands as these were exactly what I wanted. We'll see if they stand the test of time after some months of usage, but so far after a couple of weeks, great buy!

I love the design of this rash guard. It offers a great blend of a cool, fashionable design on the sleeve whilst being fairly subtle in the other 80% of the top. It makes a nice change from the Tatami tops, which are the most popular in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at the moment and that have huge, bold, graphics across the whole shirt. The dragon design is nice and clear with the overall floral pattern looking really high quality. The white LAFROI logo on the wrist of the opposite sleeve I'm not too crazy about. It's made of a different material to the rest of the shirt and in Jiu Jitsu it may be frowned upon as could offer a little grip to either me or my opponent depending on the position. It's nothing too extreme, but noticeable. For most sports it won't be an issue.Looking through the reviews, many people were suggesting that you order a size down. I was actually between sizes - the size guide said at 80KG I was a medium/large. That said, I'm pretty top heavy, with a larger chest and not so large legs. I ordered the medium on the basis of many reviews saying to size down and when it arrived it was far too tight for me. Although I could get it on, I found my shoulders and back aching after a short while where the compression was too tight. As such, I returned the medium for a large and found it a much better fit for me (again, I'm 80kg and around 5'10 - top heavy frame). I'd say that if you have a thick build, unless you want/need a skin tight fit then do consider sizing up if you're near the tipping point of sizes.The fit of the shirt once I got the right shirt was quite nice. I personally liked the fact that you have a tight chest/shoulders, but the length of the arms and torso means there's a bit of looseness there. Although I picked this up for Jiu Jitsu where you do want the rash guard to be fairly tight, I think this little bit of give is perfectly fine and helps a lot with comfort and mobility.I would say that the materials the shirt is made from are thicker than some rash guards, which I think is why the 'skin tight' fit isn't the most comfortable and I personally preferred to go a little looser via a bigger size. Once I got a size I was happy with though, I really loved the fit and feel.Overall, this is a superb rash guard for the price. I really love the design and once I got the sizing right the fit and feel is perfect too.

for the price i was paying i wasnt expecting much from this product from its quality to the sizing and fit however i was greatly suprised by the quality and fit it was really well made and fits like a glove. the designs are beautiful and i will and have ordered more

Getting back into the gym after a year out (covid) and I'm a little self conscious as well as a heavy sweater. Before covid I played a lot of rugby and gymed a sad but fair amount.So I wanted a nice base layer to keep the sweat at bay and be a bit distracting.Impressed with what I got, the material is strong and the design is awesome.

Good piece of kit and dries quickly. Shame I didn't have the muscles to match the advert because it fits well and shows every lump.

Overall not a great item, smelt funny when unpacked , when wearing definitely too tight and the stitching leaves marks on my arms doesn't compare to an equivalent under armour product
