Fits old plastic lids
Bought as replacement for an old square corningware. It fits the old plastic lid. It has a coating at the bottom so i think it can also be used on stove top.

Perfect replacement for my set.
Always loved CorningWare and was given a set when I was married. It has lasted over 25 years without a scratch, but when I dropped on my tile kitchen floor that was the end. So nice to find the exact same piece on Amazon. No one else carries it anymore and it was shipped from England. But I love it's simplicity and the fact that it matches a set that I will have and pass down for forever.

Really Corningware?
Looks like corningware, but I’m not sure it is. The,bottom does not indicate the size, like the other REAL pieces of Corningware I own. The bottom of the unit stained after using it with tomato sauce.

Great for cooking holiday casseroles
I just broke my old blue Corning ware dish and needed a replacement as I use this all of the time. This new one is just as wonderful and can even be used on the stovetop. I am a big user of my Corning ware products for over 50 years now.

Si cucina in un contenitore sanissome come nel vetro, ma con la superiorità strutturale della vetroceramica.Qualche problema con la diffusione del calore, se non c'è un po' di liquido si rischia di bruciare il cibo al centro. Ci sta un po' di tempo prima di scaldarsi ma poi mantiene il calore a lungo.L'ho abbinato ad un fornelletto a bassa potenza per farci lo slowcooking (la maggioranza delle pentole slowcooking hanno i "famosi" rivestimenti antiaderenti)

Love the casserole dish- perfect size, has handles and a lid. Not many on the market come with handles or a lid

pyrex de alta calidad y larga duración (a poco que uno lo cuide). Es el tamaño que buscaba para colocarlo también en la mesa y la estética que quería (sencilla). Apto para horno y microondas como todos el menaje pyrex.
