First, find out what fan you need, that is, hole diameter and round or D. Look at the fan and determine the direction of flow that you want. Carefully pull off the fan. Put a little lubricant spray on the shaft and in the "hole" of the fan. Carefully press the fan blade back on. That's it.These are not expensive. After years of UV rays, the fan blades get brittle. I now keep a couple extra in my unit. I suspect that these will last years but always good to have an extra whether for myself or a buddy in need.Again, they are inexpensive plastic. But they work.Packing was very good. No way that they would or should break during shipping.I did not experience any of the problems that others have stated. Hole size was exact. But I also knew what I needed as I calipered the shaft on my fan motor and it was 0.094 give or take a 0.001.

Real easy to assemble just press the fan onto the splined shaft take caution on how hard and far to push up make sure you have enough clearance from the fan and vent screen, also support the small motor with your hand so it wont flex the shaft. Most of the installation time was taking the cover off the vent housing and removing the old fan blade pieces from the vent screen, other than that it was fairly simple.

I used a micrometer to measure the diameter of the shaft (.095") then ordered the right size fan blade to fit. Installed by just pushing it on to the motor shaft. You need to take the trim and screen down to install but this give you an opportunity to clean an area that you don't get to often.

needed a new fan in used rv, but really couldn't justify 50.00 so I measured the fan motor shaft and bingo, this fixed the fan for almost nothing

I bought this as a replacement for my broken fan blade in my RV travel trailer. It performs very well and probably even better than the original. I recommend it.
