Q: I see the measurements for the cookie cutter, but how big would you say the cookie is after it has baked?

It really depends on how much your sugar cookie recipe spreads. Mine spreads very little so the size is very close to the size of the cutter. Refrigerate your cookie dough snd make sure your pan has cooled completely before putting on your next batch of cookies to bake. Have fun!
