Depends upon what you are looking for, it fine for what I needed.
I've worked out at the gym for years. Never bought home gym equipment because it tends to cheap and flimsy, and then Covid-19 hit. So I was looking to keep in reasonable shape for 2 or 3 months until the gym opens back up. So I had a few requirements for the bench- 1) had to tilt up so I do both dumbbell chest presses and seated dumbbell shoulder pressese 2) had to be inexpensive since I was only using it for a few months 3) had to arrive in a reasonable amount of time since there had been a rush on equipment causing big delays, and 4) it only had to be "good enough" since this would only be used a short period of time. It met the first requirements especially at only $110. The 'good enough' concerns I had were the weight limit of 300lbs and stability concerns as the feet are more like a ironing board (tubular with rubber caps). Kudos go for ease of assembly, very good instructions and all bolts, nuts & washers shrink wrapped on cardboard labeled by number and sorted by instructions step. I was concerned about the weight limit, although I am only 5'8" and weigh 150lbs, I use 80lb dumbbells on the chest press which puts me a total of 310lbs. When I lift more than my weight over my head I need a stable bench. Well it was 'good enough' at handling the 310lbs and stability. For a few months use it met my all of my requirements and I am happy with my purchase. The fact that it folds up for easy storage is a very nice plus as I want to put it away after 3 months. If I wanted to set up a serious home gym then I would spend more money for something more robust. If you are only looking for something to keep in condition with light workouts and you are not too heavy, then this is probably the optimal choice.

Nice Dual Direction Adjustable Bench
I've only been using it for three weeks, and I'm not a real heavy user of it (and am only 138 lbs), but it was very easy to assemble and has worked great. I like that it's adjustable in the incline *and* decline directions. The only thing I'd change on it is more padding on the bench (I noticed it most when putting the bench on an incline and straddling it, with my chest on the upper part of it that's sticking up in the air).I'll update in like a year or something but so far I definitely recommend it.

Completely unsturdy horizontally
The good: Excellent directions, well packaged bolts and nuts providing you exactly what you need in order so you don't have to search a giant bag of stuff (Ikea should take note!), works well enough for a cheap home weightlifting bench. The bad: Really confused at the nuts - the end of each has a little cover so they only screw about halfway on. The bolts are pretty long, so that combo means that NO nut fully screws on. This, compounded across the whole bench, has the effect of keeping the whole thing "together" well enough to use it and lift, but it's INCREDIBLY wobbly side-to-side. Vertically and back-to-front is mostly fine since the seat fully screws on. But the seat back moves a few inches side to side, the foot rests and whole bench move a few inches side to side, and it's intentional. I'm very confused as to why - maybe I got the wrong length bolts?Regardless, it's wobbly enough that I still might return it. It's usable as a last resort, but I would NOT buy again.

Great product for bench press
The product is great. However, I was planing to use it for sit-ups and that does not work well when it comes to comfort. The feet retainer doesn’t adjust properly to how the seat is set up. You can still do sit ups but it’s uncomfortable. For what is worth and this product is great.

Worth the price
I just put it together 2 days ago so it hasn't gotten much use yet. Once you tighten all the screws, it feels pretty stable. I put it together myself and it took about 30 min.

Good bench
Great bench for home gym. Easy to carry & move around. The different adjustments are a Plus. I wish it came with attached seated leg curl & leg extensions. Other than that it’s a good buy!

Excellent Weight Bench
This was a great upgrade to a much cheaper incline/decline bench I had. The bench is sturdy (I'm 6' 190) and padded well enough. I especially use this for inclined dumbbell chest press and seated shoulder press. The instructions were easy to follow, just take your time and make sure the direction of the parts are correct according to the images. Directions are numbered in steps and the hardware associated with each step is separated and labeled accordingly. Very happy with this purchase.

2 wrenches, one bench.
It wobbles a little bit on the upper part of the bench, not too badly, but noticeable You need 2 wrenches to fully tighten it.It works besides that, though. You can, in fact, exercise on it, and that's all I asked for.

You need a wrench !
I’m so pleased with this product! Needed an adjustable wrench to ensemble but other than that, it was straight forward and easy! It is very sturdy and for the price I’m very impressed! I would highly recommend
