When the virus started in March 2020, I told my family we will eat healthly during this pandemic. We brought this item due to it helping our immune system. It works. My child is healthy and with the changes of the weather, I no longer suffer constant itching in my eyes due to an allergic reaction.

Has a slight after taste. Not too bad. I mix it with some crystal light to mask the after taste.
