Powering a 350W USA TV in the UK so 220v stepping down to 110v.
Build quality is good, a little hum noise as expected, quite heavy to mount on a wall but works well. It looks good and it is easy to use. Allowing for appropriate voltage headroom this unit remains cool and quiet.

It’s big, slightly heavy - but works perfectly
I got sent a pizza machine from the USA. Of course travel plugs and even smaller step down converters didn’t work. This whilst pricey works. Is it worth the money, well yes to me since the product I have wouldn’t work if I didn’t have it :)

Effective and attractive
The unit looks attractive, unlike many others, and has the capacity to convert the voltage for most of my small appliances. I leave it on the counter in a "utility" area where it looks pleasant and I can plug in appliances as needed. It is very good value for the functionality it provides and has saved me a lot of money on having to purchase new appliances on relocating from USA to UK.

Not working after a few days
I brought this item as I live in he uk . And I brought a roaster oven from the US . Used it for a few hours and now it’s stopped working . I payed a lot of money for this item and I am gutted that it has only worked for a few hours . Hope to resolve this with the seller and will post updates when and if I can sort this with the seller . But in the meantime think twice before spending this sort of money out

Rattling with loose screws! But it works.
The media could not be loaded. It works... but who knows how long for. It rattles with loose screws (see video), yet this apparently passed the QC tests? I've plugged it in and it seems to work with a 110V appliance (so far), but I'm unimpressed by a brand new product having multiple loose screws inside on day 1. On the plus side, it works and isn't super noisy, the hum is quite quiet. So fingers crossed those loose screws aren't important?!?

Spot on works as we wanted
Liked the size and used to decrease voltage on a USA airfryer/oven/you name it. Which BTW is brilliant, Emeril Lagasse. Fantastic

works but my word its huge & heavy
does the job, the specs are in the description but make sure you understand how big and heavy it is
