I've tried a number of zinc supplements but they all make me nauseous for at least 30 minutes or so after taking them. I've read that this is a common problem with zinc, so I when I saw a time release version I figured it would be worth a try. I'm very happy to report that I can take this without the sick feeling that usually goes along with zinc. This is a good product and I'll be buying it again in the future!

I've been taking these for about three years now, haven't had a problem.

Great zinc formulation. Sometimes zinc taken on an empty stomach will cause nausea, but I have never felt nauseous after taking this. I recommend taking it if one feels like one is developing a cold (i.e., prodromal).

I would re commend to anyone taking a holistic approach to providing needed vitamins for your body to be healthy.
