Faucet does exactly what I needed. Worked flawlessly for over a year but then noticed a slight leak, but only when opening the valve and never leaked without the valve opened. Contacted iSpring and Laurence resolved the issue with a replacement very quickly. Excellent customer support. iSpring stands by their products even after a year of heavy use.

I’m not a plumber, but I’m not afraid to try new things. If it needs repaired I’m the only one here to do it. I’m 78 years young and I put this in all by myself. Instruction were very well written. It took me less than an hour to remove old one and install your beautiful faucet. Thank you

We ordered this faucet, installed it, and it worked great for over a year. However, we did have an issue after 16 months. The black lever would not remain upright and water only dribbled out. My husband contacted iSpring and explained the problem. We gave them proof of purchase and they are sending another faucet out. Everyone we spoke to was very gracious and willing to solve the problem. Michele handled most of the communications and was lovely to deal with. It is great to find a company that is willing to stand behind their product.

Except it was old and dripped. This one does not drip. Works great.

We cannot believe how such a reasonably priced faucet works so well for our filtered water needs. Easy installation and a very strong water flow. Fits nicely with our other countertop fixtures. If you ever have a question for customer service, ask for John.

Plumber installed correctly but the gooseneck fountain leaks profusely in the down position. It works OK in the up position. Supplier is providing new kit at no cost. The unit was obviously manufactured incorrectly or the handle was installed in the unit incorrectly. I now have to pay my plumber to remove the disfunctional unit and put in a new one once I recieve it from the manufacturer.

I purchased this same tap in 2006 for my home potable water filter and after continuous use every day for 18 years it started occasionally to drip when it was turned off but with a bit of a wiggle the drip could be stopped. So recognising that this symptom would only get worse I have purchased the same tap again as to buy anything these days that both looks after 18 years as good as when new and has given an amazingly high reliability makes it in my book a 5 star purchase. Installation took me 5 minutes as was designed for normal people to install themselves with full clear instructions in English and two pipe fittings provided for two pipe sizes. The quality of this product is first class and worth the money.

Works great, good quality replacement. I replaced my old component with this unit and it was fairly easy to install and had everything needed to hook up to different size plumbing. Has been in daily use for months and no leaks. The activator/trigger still works flawlessly and locks in the open position.
