With the high price did not want to go all out (in case I did not care for it) so got the smallest 12 oz bag for almost $20.. but honestly?Being that you grind it yourself (FRESHEST WAY) this is the first coffee I have ever had in all my years that I didn't have to add a tad of sweetener or creamer to!I was so impressed!Got the mid brew & was perfect. Not super sweet but smooth, no bitterness.By the way...Yes, I know they donate $ to a third world country & I love to help them although I don't know how much this vender donates. I love flavored cafe but sometimes I like to just have a plain cup.I will for sure order the The larger quantity at less than half the price per ounce buying five pounds and perhaps will just vacuum seal & freeze most of it in small qty's until needed.I just make an average salary but I believe it is worth the investment so I thank you very much for an awesome cup of Brew!

I've never really liked or enjoyed coffee before; I've always been a tea-drinker. Until Wild Coffee. Holy moly, this stuff is good, and will give you something to really look forward to in the mornings. I find myself making a cup of this coffee instead of my usual 20-year habit of tea. This brand is amazing. I can always tell when we run out of Wild Coffee and are using something else, because it just doesn't taste the same. Wild Coffee is now a staple in our cupboard, and I always try to make sure we have at least 2 or 3 bags on-hand. I was introduced to this coffee with the Peru variety, and have since found that Mexico is my favorite, and my husband enjoys all the varieties equally. I just today decided to try adding a Wild Cocoa Butter wafer to my coffee and that made for a tasty treat, too. My husband always puts ghee or KerryGold butter and Wild MCT oil in his coffee every single time and makes his version of bullet coffee or whatever they call it. I like it black.

Very disappointed. Tasted not much better than the cheap, mass produced, bulk-ordered, pre-ground coffee often found in large corporate office buildings. And I make my coffee immediately after grinding the beans (using a burr grinder), and store it in an airtight container that has served me very well with other types of beans. I was really looking forward to it too after reading so many 5 star reviews here. And what made this especially annoying was all the self-aggrandizing s#!t they included on a printed sheet inside the coffee bag. I would be more inclined to give them a second chance if they didn't pat themselves on the back so hard.You can get MUCH better coffee (single origin, fair trade and all) for the same price -- less even. Maybe my particular batch was bad but it's most definitely not worth the risk to order this again to give them another chance. Too many other great options on Amazon and I already have a bunch of tried and true brands/suppliers that I'd rather go back to.

Absolutely fantastic coffee! I had gone and tried other organic brands over the years and most if not all just tasted weird. I just purchased a new espresso machine and thought that I would try again to find a better bean. When I received the beans from Wild Foods I opened up the bag and was completely engulfed in such an amazing aroma that I was taken back. I have never smelled such wonderfully smelling coffee in my 30 year quest for a good cup of Joe. Even my wife who wouldn't even touch espresso unless she just couldn't wake up that day now can't start her day without this stuff. I now go through a 2.5 lb bag a month of this coffee and can't see myself switching to anything else any time in the future. And just as an aside, the company is awesome as well. Very friendly, polite, and responsive. They even throw in little bags of their other fantastic products that they sell along with the orders. Do not deny yourself happiness and make sure you pick up a bag of this wonderful coffee!

I pretty much never leave reviews, but this one is definitely worthy. First, the packaging: the coffee came in a vacuum-sealed bag in a box, well-packaged and protected. The packaging included "recipe" cards for the coffee, for making it in a French press, for cold-brewing, and a couple of others. Perhaps most impressive about the packaging, something you rarely if ever see these days, was a hand-written note specifically addressed to me! I cannot say enough good about this kind of customer service. As to the coffee...well...it is phenomenal! My wife and I both love it. The aroma, the flavor, the richness of the beans...it's the best coffee we've had. I would definitely recommend this product and company!

I bought this to widen my decaf options and it's a really enjoyable coffee. I have purchased many other decafs across the globe in my years and never returned to most. I'll for sure be buying this again. I recommend it for anyone looking for a full bodied, smooth decaf with a great aftertaste at an affordable price.

I purchased this on subscribe and save 3 times. The first time was great, then the second shipment the coffee had a off-putting smell and flavor. I thought may be it was a one time thing but it was the same the same last shipment, I could not drink the coffee or even smell it. I am sorry to say but it literally reminded me of a smelly baby diaper. I really like this company in general and have been very happy with all of their high quality products until this coffee.

While nothing can compete with the fresh roasted Ethiopian coffee that my friends from Ethiopia make when I visit them, this coffee is the closest I can expect to get. The flavor is amazing and so good that I dare not taint it with a flavored creamer, because that would be a mask to the voluptuous flavor this coffee provides. As noted by others, I do not experience the shaky, sometimes uncomfortable feeling that comes with other coffees. I am awake and alert and ready for the day. I have, within the last few years, abandoned my morning coffee ritual. With this coffee, I've started it up again and am thrilled to be back in the groove. Amazing coffee beans! Thanks so much!
