looking for a safe, clean & effective solution to your mucous problems? This is it! Recommended to me by my ENT doc, this really helps cut through persistent snot buildup and congestion. It's pleasant so smell, cools and a tiny tingle to let you know where it's reached, no unpleasant flavor (generally only the saline it's mixed with). Outstanding in lavage or nasal rinses, it'll help clear that crap out of the back of your throat and help prevent sore throat/sinus issues. Best part is you can mix to your desired strength (recommend a small measuring device or pipette for easier consistent distribution).

Great product for allergy seasons

This works great for me as both a mouth rinse and for nasal irrigation. It’s too bad that it arrived damaged. The contents of one bottle leaked through its seal thus creating a sticky mess. Despite this being the case, I will purchase again, simply because it works better than any other product for symptomatic relief of sinus congestion and allergy related symptoms.

Does a terrific job, sinuses are clean and refreshed after use. Can vary the strength depending on your preferences and can be used with neti pot, squeeze or inverted bottle if you want more volume than their own tube type dispenser.

Muy buen producto

It's highly effective in dissolving hardened nasal mucus. My doctor recommended it. And it's the most beneficial product I've ever used to keep the nasal passage open. The small spray bottle is labeled Alkalol but does not contain the same solution as the large bottle. Evidently "Alkalol" is the company name. It's more like a saline type product yet very effective for when you're on the go.
