C & A Scientific - Premiere HH-2 Metal Water Bath, 20" Length x 11" Height x 10" Width

I've been using this thing 5-6 times per month for almost 4 years now to make eggs, and sous vide small items. It's still going strong. Call me happy.

Machine no longer turns on after 5 months of average usage. I suppose you pay for what you get!

Works very well! It has been on everyday since it was delivered and I haven't had any problems

I have to concur that this is another cheap Chinese product. It did work for longer than two weeks, but has seemed to stop working about a year and a half after purchase....I need more time out of it then that... It seems to be getting power, all the readouts now work, but it is not heating the water...so I think the element is gone. You get what you pay for, you get what you pay for, you get......

Does exactly what it's supposed to do; it heats water very quickly and maintains the temperature. I make cosmetic creations: lotions, serums, shampoos, etc.. I can now heat two beakers up and hold the same temperature for an extended period of time.The drain plug was broken on arrival, but doesn't leak water so I kept it.

It was great while it worked, maintaining temperature within 0.1C. Unfortunately "while it worked" equaled to 2 weeks. Returned

When it works, it heats quickly, and maintains temperature. Unfortunately, the first one burned out after three weeks of use and the second one, the temperature controller went haywire and reads from 30-99 degrees C after 2 weeks of use.
