I kinda stopped taking this as it's making my hair fall out, it probably works fine for many, but the side-effect I'm experiencing (unfortunately) is my hair is falling out. I stopped taking this and the hair stopped clogging the drain. I'll stick to boron and other supplements for now.

Life extension is one of my absolute favorite supplement companies. The products are top of the line. I would prefer them to be less expensive however I truly do believe they are worth it.
