Great way to get antioxidants
Easy to swallow capsules. Green tea is supposed to be good for u & I don’t drink enough. This is a good way to get antioxidants. Great price.

Conveient and econimical soure of EGCG
I like green tea, but don't want to drink a pot a day to get the amount of EGCG that I'm going for. Dollar for dollar, I think these capsules are a good deal.

Useful supplement
I find this supplement to be a very good addition to my daily regimen. I have to limit my drinking of tea due to it's oxalate content but this enables me to still get the benefits of Green Tea with less risk of kidney stones.
