Leopard and Fat-Tailed Geckos

My wife and I own a pet shop where we sell Leopard Geckos and the supplies to keep them alive and well cared for in the home. A customer purchased one of these amphibians from us for her son but we had sold our last book containing information about these creatures. I immediately went to Amazon.com and ordered a copy of this book for our customer. Using Amazon Prime, I received the book the next day and was able to give it to our customer so that she would be prepared to teach her son to care for their new pet. The book is well-written and describes the Leopard Gecko, it's traits and habits, and importantly, how to care for this live creature with caring and respect.

Just what we needed to know the best way to keep our new pet alive and well.

This is a good overview for leopard geckos and helps my daughter with questions that come up when she can't access the pet store where she purchased it.

I obtained an African Fat-Tailed Gecko and had trouble finding a resource book. This seemed like a good book, but it is much shorter than I expected.It contained no information on troubleshooting gecko problems and much of the book was dedicated to breed morphs, which I was not particularly interested in.However, all basic information is accounted for.

There is some interesting stuff in here, but as far as a practical 'how to care' guide, it is useless. I have just got my leopard gecko and this book is not helping me at all. I think I will return it and buy one which is actually useful in some way.

I liked this book, but at the same time I didn't. It has a lot of helpful information. And also a lot of incomplete information. Like for example it talks about the foods you should be feeding it, but doesn't tell you how many times you should feed it. And for the pictures, they were nice but not enough of what you really needed to know. like for example why didn't they show examples of how a terrarium should look, instead of showing a certain gecko and describing it. to me personally it's lacking of full information on how to care. For like 12$ and 48 pages, I dunno i guess it's worth what you paid for.
