It took a couple of hours with two other people helping me blow up the balloons. (An air pump is a MUST!) Putting them on the plastic stripe was the quickest part. I did it the day of the party, but you can really do it several days before and it will still look great.I used command hooks to hang it and left several balloons out intentionally so I could stick them in various places to create more shape.
