Product received with no serial number tag, brand tag, waranty card/ documents. Duplicate brand supplier.

I dislike it tte product pin and wire buruned . I started using it since yesterday and it got this issue so it's not recommended Amazon please check your sellers profile I was out of town so I wasn't able to open the product I operated it for first time yesterday and the pin is burned and now I cannot even place a replace order money is waste
