Hello i purchased a pack on 1st of july. And they have all broken can i have a new pack under uour lifetime guarantee.

I would hope that's what is meant by a lifetime guarantee, but as I've only used one of mine and it's still fine I haven't had to find out (yet!?)!

I have bought the screen protector very happy but my tap doesnt detect very well i have to press quite hard for it to pick up do you have a solution?
