My son has pretty sensitive skin being a red head. He also has eczema. Little red, dry patches that appear here and there occasionally. I've tried many different options and this one here I always go back to. It is thick but not so much so where it feels like you're caked in lotion. There's no scent and it has never made his skin worse, which tends to happen sometimes when trying out new skin care.

The lotion was a little runny & slightly greasy. After applying, you need to wait a few minutes for it to dry.

When I get an eczema flare up on my hands (thanks perimenopause), this is the only lotion I have found that really helps

Ésta crema el tratamiento és maravillosa, me había salido como un tipo de dermatitis por una picada de mosquito que al parecer se me infectó después de dos semanas no se me iba y me picaba mucho y compré ésta crema aquí en Amazon y desde el primer día en hecharmela se me curó lo que tenía en la piel ya al otro día casi ni se veía estuve como tres días más hechandomela por si acaso. I initially gave Eucerin a one-star rating, and wrote: "Very disappointed. Immediately increased the itching, which was bad to begin with. And stung." That was very true, but out of desperation, after trying a few other skin creams that did nothing, I tried Eucerin again. And THIS time it didn't sting or increase the itching. It didn't totally relieve the itching either, but it did help a bit over time, enough that I'm buying another tube of it. Very difficult to get help for allergic eczema from anything. Wish Eucerin were more effective, but at least it does something.
