Very easy to assemble. As another reviewer stated , having a more substantial spanner available will help and speed up the assembly. The build quality is first class. I was shocked as to how well made and sturdy the inversion table is considering it's price compared to some other much more expensive models on Amazon. I have only owned for a couple of weeks. I use it 3 times a day for a couple of minutes at at time on the most basic setting and I feel good whenever I have used this. Makes me feel more energised . Highly recommended.

Absolutely delighted with this inversion table. It was recommended to me by my Physo & I must say I was very skeptical. But having assembled it ( quite easy to do but you really do need a second person to help) & started to use it immediately as per advisory instructions & I absolutely do feel the benefit already. I am looking forward to using it daily & will post another updated review in a couple of weeks. So far it’s a very sturdy piece of kit & I think it’s well worth the money

Arrived in what looked like a heap of bits in a big box but once unloaded was quite straightforward to follow instructions and put together. The tools supplied are not great and don’t fit the nuts and bolts tightly so advise using a decent spanner and socket set.By big issue was I purchased this particular model as it was guaranteed next day delivery as a prime customer and stated next day clearly. I waited in all day and nothing came, contacted customer support and they was no use apart from to tell me it wouldn’t be arriving that day anymore

Having suffered with bank pain for a couple of years, I decided to use this along with some very specific stretches. It has definitely helped immensely and I am back running as a result.

Easy to build and use. The ankle holders do seem to be back to front as they don’t clip in but overall I’m really happy with this item and it feels sturdy.

Ich bin begeistert, habe immer wieder schmerzen im unteren Rücken nach einem Tag Benutzung schon 90% Linderung zu spüren. Beim runter hängen schon direkt gemerkt wie sich was im Rücken gelöst hat. Auch die Fußhalterung sehr fest und angenehm. Kann mir die Schmerztabletten sparen und wieder Sport machen. Danke Danke!!

Tout d'abord le montage est d'une simplicité enfantine malgré que l'ensemble soit lourd. Par contre les outils fournis ne sont pas terrible préférez vos propres outils et même si ça se fait bien seul, à 2 c'est plus confortable.Ensuite le matériel en lui même est vraiment de qualité, c'est robuste.Enfin sur l'aspect thérapeutique je ne peux pas me prononcer (je l'ai depuis 2 mois). En tout cas ça soulage/détend le dos et c'est bien ce qu'on lui demande.

Fácil de montar, no ocupa mucho sitio. Funciona muy bien.
