These performed the purpose I bought them to do, to be put into specific mic stand adapters, to attach to a 1/4in smaller tripod for a table or discrete stage monitor. Threads were like butter on both pieces. For the job, I would recommend anyone buy these, just be sure your sizes match up.

This is just what we needed to make the boom we bought for our mic to work. It was annoying that the stand itself didn't come with the right attachment, but at least Amazon had this and it came quickly. This is the size for any normal American mic clip.

I need one of these to mount a mic on a desk mount that is 1/4-20. It works great for that. Not much else to say as it fits well, is smoothly deburred, and was precisely as expected.

When I travel I don't like to take extra tripods for microphones so this way I can reuse existing photo tripods with any microphone , adapter works great and it is high-quality and tight.

The threads were a bit irregular on the 1/4" side so it required a screw driver to actually tighten the adapter the first few times. The adapter is also a bit small for a Blue snowball. It screws onto the mic, but never fully tightens, so the mic sits loose on the adapter.

Between this, a 1/4-20 eybolt and a wing nut, I was better able to adapt an old mic stand for use with my blue yeti.
