Mrs. Dash "Extra Spicy", Salt-Free Seasoning Blend Shaker 2.5 Oz (Pack of 3)

I love Mrs. Dash products. The ability to put a spicy blend in the pot or pan without making it so hot that the kids won't eat it is perfect--"zing" not "burn". For hypertension or healthy, salt-limited diets, Mrs. Dash is unbeatable since the whole line of products is salt-free! For everyone else who simply wants more control over their salt, it does that too. Highly Recommended!

My father has to avoid salt, so he puts this seasoning on everything. As soon as he runs out, he calls me to order more! It really improves the flavor of his food without any sodium, and it’s a healthier option. The price is reasonable, and the quality is excellent. He actually looks forward to cooking when he has this seasoning on hand.

I will never go without this in my cabinet. No salt but tons of flavor!! This is a most have if you want flavorful tasting food...

We love a little spice to our meals and this product is perfect! It’s not as hot as just red pepper flakes buy hotter than black pepper. Obviously, heat depends on how much you put on the food. I often add this to the Dash Southwest Chipotle for a little extra heat. We’re on a low sodium diet and the places I normally shop don’t carry this. They don’t really carry much of a selection of salt free seasonings at all. I generally make my own blends of individual spices. But, it’s so much more convenient when something you use often comes pre-packaged. This is a favorite that I try to always keep on hand. Before health issues caused us to be recommended a low sodium diet, neither of us particularly liked salt. So, no big change. But, when I serve guests, my food is so flavorful that nobody even asks for salt. This is a great staple and I am glad Amazon sells this and so many other Dash seasonings.

Use in beans and other foods. Like the Dash products. Wish i could get it in larger packages.

Perfect for a lower sodium diet. Adding flavor has really helped my husband stick to his diet. This is definitely his favorite brand. He uses it while cooking and at the table.

- Excellent spice variety, VERY VERY hard to get locally here - Well packed - Reason for *3 star* rating was due to the FAST expiry date, (for ALL 3 containers was literally 6 weeks from date I received my order) !! Disappointing....it DID say *NEW* on the outside product details.. - Stock SHOULD be rotated, so customers ONLY receive FRESH product - Disappointed!!
