Carburetor Carb Compatible for Polaris Sportsman 90 2001-2006 ATV Quad Sport Carb 3131200

Obviously, this product came from China so the manufacturers packaging is abysmal at best. I expected that, it is a great deal. What I didn't expect was that Amazon shipped it in a plastic bag that was not protected by anything. Might as well have taped it in the cheap box, in a can liner! The Oiler needle was bent almost 180 degrees. I installed it anyway and now I have an oil light keeps coming on at high rpm. Now I'm pre-mixing my fuel! Looking for a replacement. It got 3 stars because it's cheap and it does work great... if it doesn't come damaged!BTW: Fit easily on a 2004 Polaris Sportsman 90.

It's a tough little job connecting the throttle and choke cables but not impossible if you have the patience. It cranked up and ran right away which it didn't before. The only issue it seemed to run rich, the mixture screw did nothing as far as I could tell. I had to leave the choke at about 1/4 on in order for it to run. It ran for a day and quit. It may be bad gas.

So this Carb worked perfect on my 2005 Polaris Sportsman 90. I saw a good power increase off this carb too as my old carb was pretty gummed up. With that said, one of the screws on this carb that I need to remove to install throttle was so tight that the screen completely stripped. I had to chisel out the screw to make it a flathead and was finally able to get it off. Its possible this was just an issue with this one screw. If you can get the screws off, its a good carb.
