This are good for kids learning to draw or write due to their round shape.

Great product. Value for money. Easy to use. L9ve them. Purchased pre and post COVID-19. This is our favourite non mechanical pencils, other than the coloured ones. The cute girlie mechanical pencils like the brand Four Candies are our absolute favourite

Not just for kids
I hurt my hand and couldn't grip a pencil (standard size). I found these and decided to try them. Works great. Price was good. The color is bright but I didn't really care about that. The eraser doesn't erase completely. You can still see a shadow of what you erased. The size and shape is perfect if you need a bigger pencil. I would recommend this not just for children but for people who have trouble with gripping.

Pencils. They do what you expect.
Pencils. What can I say about pencils. They write, they erase, you can sharpen them when they get dull. Ticonderoga is my favorite pencil brand. I know that I am getting a uniform product and that they will sharpen with ease and the lead wont fall out. These pencils are great for beginning writers or for anyone who would like a more substantial size that is easier to hold on to. My hand cramps if I hold a small pencil too long so this is great. I also use these for making large dots with the eraser while painting. The sharpener sharpens these pencils when you twist and it's nice because it's just the right size. The lead is larger than a standard pencil so if you have tiny handwriting try something else. (This should be common sense, but you never know.) An added bonus, they are #2 pencils and so they work with the Scan Tron tests. Do people still use Scan Tron tests? Well if you do need a #2 pencil, these will get the job done.

Great Carpenters Pencil. Easy to sharpen. High quality graphite. Very visible lines.
I was working on a home improvement project and found myself getting frustrated sharpening carpenter's pencils. (square ones) I came across this pencil and saw how thick the graphite was on it. I bought a pack and I am loving it as a carpenter's pencil. It is easy to sharpen which was the obvious benefit to me. I didn't expect it but the lines are so much easier to see. When I wear polarized sunglasses I can see the lines incredibly well. The only downsides are that the pencil is round so it can roll off a surface easier than a square pencil will fall off. (both fall off when doing construction though) I get a bit of grief from my wife and kid about using a kid's pencil but I have earplugs that help with that. Here are the pros and cons of using it as a carpenter's pencil: Pros: 1) Super easy to sharpen. (no pocket knifes or messing around) 2) It comes with a sharpener (which also sharpens crayons incidentally) 3) It is yellow and easy to find in the grass. 4) There is an eraser that may never be used but doubles as a safety device (not really) 5) The Irwin carpenter's pencil sharpener works with it. 6) The lines are better than any of my carpenter pencil's lines. (easy to see) 7) They should last a long time due to the way you sharpen them and the length. Cons: 1) People might poke fun at you. (get earplugs) 2) They are round so they might be more prone to roll off surfaces. (not an issue if you put in in your pocket) 3) You won't improve your whittling skills as much as you would with a square pencil. I love these pencils as carpenter's pencils. I have eight of them now and my square pencils do not get used anymore.
