hi i recently got the 378 ltr bottle i noticed it is not as big as other bottle i got a year ago it only goes up to 112oz which is only 318ltrs

When I got mine (a little over a year ago) I wanted to know if this was the biggest one they did with all my reach 1Gallon/3.78L is the biggest they do you my need to contact the seller about the size and take pictures of them

The straw on mine opens at a 45° angle, not straight up like a normal straw, is this normal?

I did notice that with mine and others at my work place (who had this same size bottle) it is at a slight angle had no problems with them tho the smaller one tho the straws are straight. I hope this helped.

Where is the option to select the 3.78 litre bottle? I can only see 2.2L

Hi ive had my bottle for over 5 months and I don't have any problems with it. Have you made sure to push the straw all the way back when taking a a drink you need to make a hard suction on it
