I’ve quit caffeine and feel much better. No anxiety, sleeplessness, hands shaking, just feel more at peace. So with that said I was looking for a pre workout that didn’t contain caffeine and I found this product. I haven’t had any side effects other than the initial tingly sensation on the skin feeling like pins and more than usual sweating but that went away after first use. Also there was this piece of shell fish or something stuck in my teeth! Yuck! Besides all that, you will feel this in 30 minutes or less ready to go. The blueberry tasted good but when you picture shell fish in this, it kind of kills the taste. Overall it does the job!

First day taking this and I took a full scoop. I got the orange flavor and for some reason it is spicy! Like chili spicy after 5 mins my face was on fire! Like I had fire ants crawling under my skin! Decided to drive to the gym and on my way there the feeling spread to my whole body. I felt like crying it was soo itchy and and it kinda hurt! I’ve never had such a reaction from a pre workout. It’s was horrible!!!! After I started my workout the feeling went away. My workout was good. I could tell a difference in focus and I felt really hot during the workout. I will try 1/4 scoop next time. If I get the same reaction I will return it. Gave it 5 stars but it deserves 2 I just need people who read reviews to read this before buying. I will be back to update this review UPDATE: I gave it away even after taking 1/4 scoop the reaction was intense and it made my face numb.

Gives you the pump without caffeine for evening workouts. Can definitely taste the niacin.

Let's start with the positive: 1. The flavor is probably the best one I have ever tasted. If you like a powerful sweet taste then this is for you! Some may find the taste overpowering, but I personally liked it. 2. No banned substances was the main reason I bought this one. The transparency and effort it takes to stay up to date on banned substances and a desire to avoid them earned my respect. The Bad: 1. My job requires me to be outdoors all day, and today was especially tough. Got home and was excited to get that mental edge before hitting the weights. I followed the directions, and waited 30 minutes before working out. And still felt SUPER sluggish. Sigh. I grinded through the workout despite the mental struggle to stay focused. I honestly felt no different than if I hadn't taken the supplement. I felt no Cognitive Drive, no real ability to focus. And to be quite frank, I have felt more focus and drive from having a candy bar on workout days where I am going to be lifting HEAVY and for a Long Time. I hate the discomfort processed sugar causes my intestines, but I will say that the boost of focus and energy I get for my pumps is better from a candy bar than it is with ProSupps Dr. Jekyll. BTW: I haven't taken ANY pre-workouts in years. No coffee & no other stims. 2. The thermogenic aspect was decent. It was really no different than taking my own mix of Ashwagandha and Black Pepper Extract. Nothing special here though. If you like having a good thermogenic effect while working out, this will give you what you need if you don't feel like mixing your own. Overall, this product does have great reviews, which is why I bought it (plus the 'No Banned Substance" standard). If you buy it, know you're getting something that tastes GREAT and does give a decent Thermogenic effect. All I can speak against is the lack of solid energy and focus that many hope for on days where a laser-sharp mind is super helpful. Hope this honest and respectful review helps someone!

Great stuff. I've had both flavors, I much prefer the Orange. Kind of a Creamsicle flavor vs an orange juice, but not super strong. Works great, no jitters. Drastically increases my workload in the gym vs not using anything. Helps keep ya going through those last few reps, push past the pain and stay focused. I've noticed an increase in pump, and in stamina during grueling workouts. Also helps outside of the lifting sesh. I do a lot of analysis, and have noticed the increased concentration carries over to work after the gym. Tldr: good stuff, no jitters, tastes decent.

Good product but be aware of the high beta alanine content. Also the user reports that it contains black pepper giving it an unexpectedly SPICY zing in a fruit flavor!

This stuff has me shivering me timbers. Good pumps and can sleep after taking at night. Got me feeling nicey *Gruden voice*

It’s everything you want out of a preworkout, it just doesn’t keep you up at night. The specific one I tried was Blue Lemonade and it tastes like you’d expect blue lemonade to taste — chemically but also refreshing. Not a replacement to soda by any means, but goes down easy enough. Wouldn’t advise dry scooping, it’s not that sweet (almost spicy with the aftertaste). If you like beta-alanine (fire ants in your muscles that give you that freaky pump) this will scratch that itch and give you new ones. Great for cycling off pre-workout or just for those nights when you’re working out late and can’t afford to dose 300mg of liquid eye-tape because you have work at 6am. New staple in my supp arsenal, don’t feel like I need to try any other brands.

the product i received is opened and it’s no longer a powder!!! item is opened that makes the powder hard!

It arrived completely clumped and rock hard instead of a usable powder, so I couldn’t even scoop or mix it. Definitely not worth it. And no way of returning it or getting a refund.

Old product and all the powder and hardened. Total waste of time and money.

Be careful on buying this. The product arrived having had moisture seep inside so it's just a big 300g block of clumped pre workout. I opened it 2 days after the return period, but I recommend you check them as soon as you receive it

I m used to intense preworkouts and this one made me sick. Terrible nausea. Also, it tends to easily clump up. Threw the entire thing out after 2 uses.
